Rip off, i booked an appointment. The dr examined + xray and told me to come later for clean as he has 5 patients waiitng and saw me because i had pain and nothing wrong take nurofine we will do the clean later Then bill me 190 which is examination 65, xray 35 and 90 for clean?? excuse he i was told to come later for clean? i am still in pain what is the 90 dollar clean that you did in less than 5 mins which includes xray and examination? dont just take advantage of patients pain? Well dr just waived 90$ off supposedly some clean they have done which they didnt do anything, just checking my tooth sensitivity comes unders examination but dental receptionist Neha got mad because they saw me in the time of my pain? well issue not solved, pain is still there and i asked to come later for clean and just want to rip me off because you saw me in my time of pain? i know my rights, i am happy to pay for the clean if provided. The dr was rushing because he had to see other 5 patients and charge me 190? good i spoke up and ended paying 100$. Definitely wouldnt recommend. just a rip off. Been to many dental practices and they do not charged extra for examination of sensitivity. The receptionist was adamant it is standard practice in the dentistry industry, sorry dear it comes under examination. The clinic replied they went out of the way? Really no proper examination done? Within 5 mins i was sent off? My pain didn’t subside? What magic wand we expect dentist to do? Do treatment . No treatment was given and I was given a big favour to be seen for 5 mins and no treatment done? If that’s the way you treat emergency patients then its a shame!! I didn’t come in emergency to be seen for 5 mins n told to come later? Totally ripping me off no proper examination of teeth done. I have been to so many practices whenever we pay examination fees, the dentist checks all the teeth not to rush you off saying I have 5 patients waiting? Then why waste my time and money? This was the second clinic i called and if you didn’t have the time to clean then shouldn’t charge patients for 65$ examination also because only one teeth was examined. I would have happily paid for clean if it was done. Instead of accepting the mistake they think they can continue to rip people off? Then your receptionist raises her voice to justify me to pay 190$ for 5 mins? Is this fair? And i am still in pain . I have never been to a dentist who doesn’t do the job and charges and then tries to justify. Is it too much to ask for treatment or you want to take advantage of someone emergency and leave them in pain saying we don’t have a wand? I have been bringing my kids to this dental practice for over an year and had waited alot of times for above 40 mins because they said emergency patients was being treated. When i was in emergency with excruciating pain he rushed me in 5 mins and didn’t even want to treat me and had the audacity to extra charge me for treatment apart from his xray n consultation. Which dental practice doesn’t treat patients and tell them to take pain killers. Non of the pain killers worked and I couldn’t sleep or live my life for so many days .Now i had to go to another practice who will do the treatment and i end up paying double because they will charge me consult and xray. I shall never return N both my kids needed braces which I would start next year, they lost my trust and my family and friends business with them. Its a shame to leave people in pain as a dr. With this holiday season many practices are closed and one that was open didn’t treat me and left me to die in pain

Dr.Sanjeev is very professional, friendly and expert in what he is doing. I went for a dental check up at his clinic in Quakershill. There were few complications in my teeth as I have not been regular with my checkups.He spent around 15 -20 min explained all the problems about my cavity, how its nearing my nerves, jaw bones. He also clarified all my doubts.Then he gave me the best solutions. I have been suffering for past few months because of high degree cavity.He did a wonderful job.Everything is perfect now. Main advantage is Sanjeev is ready to be available if you want the appointment after 6 pm and on Saturdays which I found its something we miss in other places. Neha also helps a lot in sorting out things with your private insurance in the reception. All together its a highly recomended clinic to keep your dental healthy.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the experience got better from there. Dr. Sanjeev was gentle and thorough. He took time to explain my situation and was honest with his advise. My treatment was done with almost no pain. This is the first time I went to a dentist and felt "safe". The dentist assistant was great as well. She helped me set up my daughter with colouring in activity and she helped to put me at ease too. She was gentle but assuring. I was not pressured to do any other unnecessary treatment or make the next appointment and the fee was reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Quakers Hill Dentistree to anyone out there looking for a good dentist. I would give them a 10 stars if there is.

This is an excellent dental practice. Dr Jhulka is always superb in making me feel at ease as I look forward to every dental visit with so much apprehension. He instills confidence with his displayed expertise and is especially good in clearly explaining what he sees, the options. All the processes are done with extreme care and diligence, and every effort is made to ensure patient comfort is maintained. They often did aftercare follow-up calls which was greatly appreciated. Dr. Sanjeev Julka is more humble and welcoming person i have ever seen. i went with my 2+ Years kid for dental check up. his & his wife were so helpful & easy to manage kids who are scared at that age to go to dentist. My daughter Aroha is very happy with the visit as Dr. Sanjeev & his staff presented her with a cute little doll toy & made her so comfortable for the dental check. Great place, very good treatment carried out in clean & hygienic environment. Dr. Sanjeev and his stuffs all are very caring, professional and extremely friendly. When there was an emergency and my son was having acute pain in his teeth, Dr. Sanjeev treated him with priority, and my son got instant relief. Also my son was quite scared of his RCT, but Dr. Sanjeev handled it seamlessly with his expert hands, and my son was quite fine. The filling in my teeth was also done perfectly. We are very satisfied with the treatment we received so far!

I went 15 minutes ahead of schedule on this clinic for an early evening appointment. I was told to wait and call from outside (even though its cold) despite the fact that there is only one patient inside. I am trying to explain myself to the assistant but she couldn't even bother. She raised her voice on me and was told again that I need to make a call from the outside -- very rude! She is having a power trip and using the covid situation as an excuse. I am moving my family's dental appointments now on some other clinics... good luck!

Really liked the experience of visiting the practice. Starting from the receptionist to the doctor and his help, everyone was very gently and polite. Dr Sanjeev is a very experienced practitioner and very good with his work. He is quite informed and knowledgeable in his area of work. I got a teeth cleaning done. Got some great dental care tips from the doctor. I particularly like the lady at the reception, Neha. She is warm and welcoming unlike a lot of other places that I have been to. Definitely visiting them again.

Everyone was lovely, Dr Julka was very gentle and his bed side manner was beautiful. I was at ease and comfortable. The assistant was just wonderful, she was so lovely. The work done was quick and professional. The price is very reasonable too. I went in as an emergency as part of my tooth chipped and I was seen very quickly late in the evening on a Friday. I normally dread the dentist but it was good experience and I won't be leaving it to go back to get a check up. I recommend this dental clinic.

My first visit 10/10 for me, Dr Sanjeev was very helpful, put me at ease, provided options and scripted antibiotics. 2nd visit no pain, he made my dental visit comforting, he’s friendly and genuine. He’s available to take calls to answer questions. Appointments are easy and flexible. Very different to my other dental experiences which wasn’t great. I highly recommend this place. The team at Quakers Hill Dentistree, Doctor Sanjeev Julka and the practice manager Neha, were extremely friendly and made my appointment (extraction!) painless and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic is very new and modern and they have superbly high hygiene standards. They have a TV on the ceiling which helps you take your mind off the procedure, and they will make sure that you are not in any pain during the procedure. They are very warm and professional, 200% recommend!!!

My experience with Dr.Sanjeev and his assistants has always been and is very comfortable and smooth. I had root canal surgery for 4 teeth last year and Dr.Sanjeev was very gentle and made sure I felt no pain at all! And gave me aftercare tips. For my braces he consulted with me about the different options and let me know everything i had to know. He is very gentle when i visit each month and very friendly too :)
