We have stayed at this place during COVID in between lockdowns, when the staff was friendly and the place was vibrant. The restaurant in the centre was lively. Not sure if they've changed hands, our last stay wasn't as great. The restaurant was no longer operating, it's just used for spare furniture now, including spare beds stacked up next to our door. A few things to watch out for when staying here: 1. Check-in staff was rude and obnoxious, don't expect any manner or care from them. 2. Check-in process requires you to have physical licence and physical credit card. Make sure you have these handy. 3. WiFi was advertised, but it was non-existent in our room. 4. Toilet roll holder position means you have to make sure you have the paper in your hand before you sit down, unless you can rotate around your waist like an action figure. 5. No service to the room unless requested on this paper slip, but no pen was available, so make sure you carry one around on your travel. 6. Bring ear plugs, the footsteps from the room above reverberates down 7. Only the food on the fridge door didn't freeze up. Everything else ended up frozen. But despite the above, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This is a very nice, quiet and clean Hotel with friendly staff and an old classy main lounge which gives it a unique atmosphere when you enter and leave your room. A Dining area is part of the main lounge and even a nice piano has been placed there for anyone interested in playing it. A small problem is the location of the entrance - it is not easily findable if you haven't been in this area before or have problems with your navigation system but once you found it, you will find it again more easily. Overall i can recommend this Hotel

After paying $230 for a night , TV didnt work no digital channels & no Netflix or anything. Wifi dosnt work. Needed to be changed rooms & had no kettle in the second room no spoons to stir coffee after calling reception to bring a kettle in the morning. No complimentary biscuits to go with coffee. No microwave. Not many food places around. Shopping center closes 5.30pm on weekdays. No elevator need to walk up stairs to second floor. Will never stay again. Ps. We were looking forward to our stay but unfortunately was a unpleasant stay.

Upon returning from the cinema my door card would not work, had I been out later than 11 I would have been locked out of my room till reception arrived the next morning, this was rectified but at midnight I wound up needing to sleep in my car as the alarm clock in the next room went off without end. No help was given by staff other than just to wait and see if it turns off. I called the after hours number and as it was not an “emergency” they would not help. The alarm was loud enough to be heard from the dining area. The next morning no sympathy was given by the staff.

Won’t stay here again! Don’t stay here on a Friday night if you’re wanting to get any sleep!! Very loud entertainment playing until 23:00 in the main dinning area, which is the central hub of the hotel, where all the rooms connect. My kids didn’t manage to get to sleep until after 23:00, and we had to be up early the next day to catch our connecting coach. Receptionist was completely uninterested in my feedback the next morning. Didn’t ask how my stay was, and didn’t make eye contact when I provided my feedback. Won’t stay here again!

Concerned after reading a recent negative review concerning "dirty bathroom"! Pleasantly surprised the room was just what we needed for a night to stay while visiting friends in the area. Could not fault anything, from safe underground parking, spacious room, crisp sheets, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent bathroom with hooks to hang towels right where you need them. Quality as stated for $140.00

Very clean. Spacious. Was in a room with 3 beds. Lovely modern bathroom, but a bit small. Table and four chairs. Long desk area. Microwave. Heaps of storage space. Netflix on a good sized TV. Very quiet. Parking was easy and free. No lifts to upper floor. Restaurant wasn't operating. Have been years ago and it was. Short walk to Heatherdale railway station. Would definitely go again.

I was thrown out by my partner, it's probably a common scenario but I needed a place to stay until I found somewhere more permanent. Quality Hotel Manor is amazing. The staff are flexible and accommodating, everything is clean and I think you would struggle to find anywhere in the inner city this good for this price. The decor is 90's but charming and they have a beautiful restaurant in Natalie's. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and modern—they have obviously recently renovated and it shows. The bathroom is nice, clean and fresh although the water wasn’t hot in the evening (I found out that I could have called up and it would have been quickly fixed). Buffet breakfast was good quality with the usual range—including crispy hash browns :-) If I travel to the Ringwood area again, I’ll be happy to stay here.

This was such great value for money! The room was very clean and super quiet for sleeping. It was also HUGE! We enjoyed our roomy space, the super hot shower and the excellent price which included parking. I had business in Ringwood, so the location was excellent for us, but perhaps not great for tourists.

Very noisy! It's a Melrose Place style setup where the rooms circle and look over the restaurant - very strange and intimate I guess. Noise from dinner guests and the general clearing up of dishes etc.. Kids running up and down the stairs and around the restaurant. Great if you're in a group situation but not ideal if you're alone or with young babies.. the noise just travels!

A decent stay but I expected more as the place claim itself as a 4-star Hotel! it needs a lift if someone wants to take something heavy to upstairs which it does not have. Underground Parking needs clean-up. This hotel really needs some major refurbishment and upbringing it's quality.

The room it's self was good. The internet was very hit and miss and the laundry was broken which you had to discover yourself which caused issues and even the staff didn't seem to know but someone had put signs up in the laundry room.

The rooms are sizeable, desk and sofa always a nice addition. Clean enough! The only downside is it’s a bit noisy. They also hadn’t topped up the coffee and tea, and the last persons half eaten biscuit and used milk was left. That was a bit of a shame as I was keen for a coffee. More

Have stayed at this property a number of times. The recent updates to the rooms and particularly bathrooms is excellent. The main lobby though is still dated and needs repainting/updating.The undercover car park is also a bonus. Only down side is the wifi which is poor.

Comfy bed, 1 comfy pillow...room was not clean, kids toys under bed, fridge/freezer not defrosted, no toaster or microwave as advertised, carpets not vacuumed, marks on walls, etc...

I travel to Melbourne for work regularly & I always stay at the Quality Hotel Manor. The rooms are always clean, neat, comfortable and you feel very safe. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay!

I love the buffet breakfast, and spa suite! Very nice restaurant in terms of ambience. Still there are things to be improved of course, like plastic plants in the middle, to be cleaned regularly as it gets really dusty. Overall, very good.

Food was very poor quality. Chips were like reheated chips from the fish shop. Tryed to have a shower and the water took 10 minutes to get hot and poor water pressure. Not good value for money over priced. Will not be staying there again.

Stayed there with my boyfriend over Christmas, the room was much more spacious than we anticipated, the bathroom was modern and sparkly clean and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat! Check out the Mexican restaurant down the road too.

Rooms a quite new, bathrooms are excellent, beds are very uncomfortable and extremely soft. Rooms are located in a circle around the main entertaining area can get a bit noisy Saturday night when bands play.

Be aware of the potential identity theft - copying licence without previous notification, ubrupt service, poor lighting, terrible mattress, the pictures on the internet did not reflect the poor quality room

Staff were very good. The hotel was very good although showing its age. Plastic plants in the dining hall are sad. Plastic shower curtain days are gone as is showering in the bath tub.

This is a convenient location if you are in the eastern suburbs. Hotel selection in this area is extremely limited. This hotel is okay overall but looking tired and due for a remodel.

Unfortunately QHM needs work and attention. Very very dated. No lifts.

Our experience at the Quality Hotel Manor was great we experience a quiet non smoking room and clean bathroom with a comfortable bed.

Room was very tidy, only problem being the bed is on wheels that do no lock so bed moves all the time and slides away from the wall.
