One of the sculptures from The Line project, this one by Antony Gormley, with tetrahedral figures, and located on the Greenwich peninsula, very close to the O2 Arena. It is very curious, although you can see it from a little distance since it is close to the ferry pier and unless you go up, you cannot get past it.
I mean, it's obviously a complete eye sore... just look at it! - It's a tumbled mess of steel, we can all see that right? Ugly, trash modern art at it's worst. God knows how much they paid for it. Would be great to see it torn down and something actually beautiful replace it.
Beautiful Antony Gormley sculpture forming part of the millennium sculpture trail. As with much of his work, the piece focuses on the male form and explores this through steel. Best viewed on a clear day or from the cable car which passes right overhead.
The Quantum Cloud is a contemporary sculpture, designed by Antony Gormley, located next to The O2 in London. The sculpture was commissioned for the site and was completed in 1999. At 30 m (98 ft) high, it is Gormley's tallest sculpture to
I love this sculpture. If you have a very basic knowledge of quantum mechanics you will probably appreciate it as well. Even if you just know about the thought experiment usually referred to as Schrodinger’s cat, you’ll see the beauty of
The Quantum Cloud is a pretty cool looking piece of contemporary sculpture made up of a collection of tetrahedral blocks of mini sculptures. Inside blocks are placed so that in the centre of the sculpture is the figure of a humanoid.
One of many sculptures in this area well worth visiting and enjoying all the others in the area. This one is interesting and makes you think how it was made as there is so much
If u don't know the name of the sculpture, would be difficult to understand what the chaotic pieces exactly mean. It could be a flock of mosquitoes …
One of the many London pieces that have appeared over recent years. I couldn't find details of its creator or reason for its name. More
It's just so awful. How anyone could call this art is beyond me. More effort was put into the design of custard creams.
The views are amazing! I highly recommend a visit and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did!

Sculpture of the first part of THE LINE walk. Spectacular! One of my favorites, without a doubt!
I know it’s there for show, but it’s kinda boring in my opinion.

Can you see the figure. Shortsighted people have the advantage for once it seems.
