Because they gwive either guest pass or library to a new member that just came to print out some vital document that very poor why in colorado they give stranger either guest pass or library card as far he or she has a identification card from any state in united state of America but in Queens library they don't and lastly they have poor customer service in the library

A quiet, restful and cooling place serving the most blighted section of the Rockaways... Smallish but offers needed programs, computers, large children's spaces. Small but varied selection of adult reading. Larger DVD, and media collections in languages and cultures that reflect the community.

I love our library, I appreciate the staff who are quite knowledgeable with the computers and friendly, a computer class is also given, you can fax, make copies, use a computer, borrow books and tapes. I’m glad the government didn’t cut funding for our libraries

Librarians are friendly and helpful, we're looking forward to coming back again. My kids enjoyed the take-home projects, very age appropriate. Of course, they were very excited about the books, as well.

Great library with helpful and informed staff. Self check out and return is convenient for patrons and the selection is pretty robust. All in all a good branch with lots of options.

Rude and obnoxious angry woman. Computer malfunction when I approached her she was rude and condescending. Sad that my kind are rude to one another. She needs milk.

Really friendly staff but quite small selection of books. However, one can always place a request for books that aren't on the shelves. Newly renovated too. :]
