Surprisingly ghetto library. You can’t just go in, the doors are locked and an employee has to open it for you. And then the grand finale of walking in and noticing that there are two cops posted at the front. I live in Jamaica Queens and even our libraries aren’t so bad that all of this is necessary. I was really shocked. And it’s loud for a library. The teens can get loud but the staff is even louder. The security guards never tells these loud teens to be quiet even when there are people trying to read/study. The bathrooms are disgusting and the floors are covered in fluid. The short black lady who works at the front with her hair in a bun is loud and laughs like a hyena. They also don't take the bathrooms out of service for cleaning even if the slippery floors are a hazard. Watch out for 2 mentally disabled Chinese men who come in shouting and hitting on female Chinese patrons. Security doesn't do anything about them.

Very well-stocked Library. Helpful friendly staff.. Very clean. Clean wash rooms as well. I come here mainly for the printing. They have high quality printers and you get 20 free Pages everyday. You could also do offline remote printing if you can't make it to the library and you pick it up when it's ready. They have a lot of reading material and movies also. You got to borrow them and take them home.

Today 9/18/2019 I am soo happy with story time that library gave us children.It was fun and the storyteller was fun too. I forgot asked her name but she was fun . I meet a good security guard and he is the best with children. And here have miss Lucy she is Italian and the best librarian ever .The librarian miss Lucy treat the children like her own . She is the best person treat us like family

Not a good library to study, all the desk are kids size. Only have two higher desk is good size for adult use, however, the library is allowed people to play card here which make the library likes a market. Plus the servers do not have a friendly attitude. The worst library ever!!!

Neighborhood branch library that was recently renovated and seems scared mostly towards children and young adults. There aren't too many tables to study or set up a laptop. Can get noisy and crowded at times. Good place to pick up, or return a book.

A small public library. I enjoyed the collection of Chinese biographies and histories. Otherwise, a good place to study. There is a long desk at the back with chargers if you plan on working here.

The Library is small but cozy and quiet. Is much better after the new renovation. They do not have to much choice of books on stack. Is a pleased place to spend the afternoon reading.

Love love love this local library. The librarians are super helpful. They have many great programs for the children's such as robotic, coding, crafting and movie times, etc.

There is a variety of books to choose from. There is a children’s room and a teen place. You can rent movies and borrow books. It is just sometimes too small.

This library is on the smaller side compared to,say, the flushing one but that means fewer people and a quieter space. A nice space to work in!

Typical local QPL branch -- but why have a Kids' section and a Teens' section if they can also come into the adults' section???
