Mr. Hussein was extremely helpful. I needed to send a prepaid envelope to a hotel, so they could send back items we had left behind. He made sure we had enough postage, sent it next day, and gave me all the information to make sure we get the missing items before we leave the country. Incredibly patient and helpful.

Sumbal was very helpful. She took the stress out of renewing my drivers licence. I was stressing and thinking I will have to fill in a form and have a photo taken. Everytime I go into the post office, there are long queues, slow and poor customer service. The staff don't even make an effort to jump on a counter and serve customers when the queue is long. They look at you, take their time to finish a simple task, then serve customers.

The staff are always very helpful whenever I come to make deposits or post items in this branch. We bring in a lot of coin bags from our charity and they are very patient when it comes helping us count the money. Sumbal in particular is extremely polite and courteous.

Wasted time here queueing to be told they don't offer the withdrawn banknote exchange service, despite the website confirming they do. Furthermore, being told the only place in London is Regent's street. Went to a different post office and got them exchanged
