I booked a 2 bedroom apartment to stay in Burwood East Quest last weekend and was not too pleased with my experience. So I originally booked the Quest in Mont Albert but the customer service rep called me and told me they can move me to the one in Burwood East for free as it was a newer building. I said it was fine as it wasn't that big of a difference to me anyway. This was on Sept 27. I arrived at around 8 pm on Sept 28 which was the grand finale public holiday. There was no one at reception and they put up a sign saying guests need to call a number to get the key as they had gone on holidays, which is ok. I called the number and had to wait for more than 20 min. What i didn't understand is that, you could have given me a heads up the day before as i just spoke to you on the phone. I suspected that the reason why you wanted me to move is to group guests that will check in on public holiday so that you can hire only 1 person to pick up the phone. So when we finally arrived to my 2 bedroom apartment, I realised that the connecting door was locked. Both rooms had 1 king bed when I specifically indicated that i needed 2 single beds set up on 1 of them. The next morning, you guys called me and said you would fix the door and the bed. I went out that day and when i came back, i realised that not only were the beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned and bed configuration wasn't done. I called the receptionist again and then she came to fix the beds. She told me the rep that we spoke to this morning got the room number mixed up. I get that you guys are on public holiday but the organisation and service levels are absolutely appalling. I am not expecting 5 star service but this is just basic.

The service at Quest Burwood East is incredible. I came here in an immediate crisis and was met with Jhon and Alyssa who took myself under their wing and provided myself with the most kind, considerate, professional, understanding and friendly help to the point that I was so gratefully overwhelmed with the support and care that Jhon and Alyssa provided, I could not be more grateful. The room provided is immaculate, the ability to call at anytime for a request is perfect, and the accommodating personalities is just so refreshing. And also, the property manager Shannon is sharp, concise, extremely intelligent and has everything you need in the palm of her hand. The staff at Quest Burwood East deserve to be commended for their delivery of absolutely outstanding customer service.

When we arrived I was informed that our booking had been cancelled without us receiving any notification and we had to make the booking again. Property not secure and unsafe. Anyone can enter from the street and access the lift to any level. People were sitting and sleeping in hallways, making a lot of noise and arguing and banging and kicking on the doors of guests. The door to the carpark were left open for long periods (hours) adding a further security risk. Carpets, Furniture, Soft Furnishing and Bathroom were stained and dirty. There was loud banging coming from other parts of the Hotel. A terrible experience and I wish I had carefully read all the reviews including those on Tripadvisor before booking. We were offered a discount on a future booking but we will not be back under any circumstances, a refund would have been more appropriate. The property itself would have been and excellent facility when first built but appears to be now neglected and on a downward spiral.

Absolutely love this Quest hotel in Burwood East.. I’m not sure if it’s just the amazing night time receptionist Alessa ( I hope I got her name correct ) making the entry to this accomodation so fabulous, warm and welcoming with a personal touch that makes this place feel just like home with a 5 star feel.. Or if this Quest is the best accomodation I have stayed in, in my many travels. It’s so good to have such accomodating and friendly staff - including the room cleaners that are actually human toward their guests, rather than just professional and uptight, which is so last century. Plus!!! It’s pet friendly here, my cat and dog have had so much care and accommodating love here, you can’t tell that other animals have been here but you still feel welcome to bring the entire family. There’s great cooking facilities and laundry facilities in the rooms. Modern, chic with a 5 star homely vibe.

Disappointing as I have been overcharged for my stay. I was charged 1 price upon checkin and then as an after thought after I'd checked out I was charged for another night's stay which had been cancelled before my original checkin. I am still waiting on a receipt for what I have been charged so I can only go on the email communications I have with regard to the booking (which still shows i have been charged more than i was quoted). We mostly found the service hospitable. The rooms are well appointed but housekeeping was a little lax even after we called reception and asked for our room key back again and our rubbish removed from our room. 1 day the bed covers were pulled up on the bed and another the bed was fully made up. Some consistency would have been nice. Oh and it would have been good if someone had actually called me back about my overcharging queries instead of me chasing Quest all the time.

Extremely friendly members of staff and this includes the cleaners here….everyone works so hard to make this a very enjoyable stay for all who come here. It was so amazing to have meet you all and Thank You so very much to everyone for helping my very large family(5 kids) feel at home here for the last 14 months, it truly meant the world to us and we will never forgot any of you or our time spent here at Quest as we have some really great memories from staying here. I would highly recommend ppl stay here above other places of accommodation around as it’s not only close to everything you could possibly want access to including a 24hr coles and Kmart only minutes down the road but you won’t find more nicer, more polite or better staff anywhere else in Melbourne in my opinion. Having stayed at many Quest Apartments over the years, I believe Quest Burwood to be the best so far. Everything was perfect. The 3 bedroom apartment was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. The fact that it was Pet Friendly accommodation did not alter the quality and standard expected from Quest Apartments. The sofa had a well fitted protective cover, of which my two dogs quickly took advantage and made themselves comfortable. Knowing the sofa was protected from pet fur allowed me to relax and not have to constantly prevent the dogs from doing what they would normally do at home. I have no hesitation in recommending Quest Burwood. My only complaint is that I did not stay longer. I'm sure that this will be rectified on my next visit. Thank you Quest Burwood. You have a very satisfied guest in me.

The team at Quest Burwood East were fantastic. The lovely Maya upon check-in was cheerful and very welcoming it felt like I've been there many times before and wasn't awkward at all. The rooms very clean spacious and well set out with gorgeous views in the morning whilst having my coffee, the house keeping crew Jaimie and Alisha were 10/10 and helped solve an issue we had w the bedding situation in 15 mins of me calling Aaron at reception. Nothing was too hard, and the above 4 mention made the experience all worth it. When we are diwb for the wedding we will 100% book with Quest Burwood East again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to my family and friends too. Excellent Service overall. Nice, clean and easy access!! March 2023 Rooms were fantastic and very clean and tidy. The one room apartment was very spacious, great amenities, excellent sized fridge and dishwasher. The balcony was great and terrific views. The nursing home across the road provided some colorful entertainment and best coffee is across the road at the restaurant. Car park is used by the gym and random people, be ware of the speed the vehicles traverse the car park in. Staff were very helpful, as with all Quests, we return given their support and the cleanliness of their rooms and price. Also be ware of Burwood Highway at 80kph and Mahoneys Road at 60kph vehicles are unforgiving and will not give way to pedestrians!!

Top class service in every way! Staff went out of their way to make my husband and me feel special as we celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary. The most gorgeous of decorations greeted us as we opened the door to our room! We were blown away by the attention to detail and care we were shown! Our room and all furnishings were immaculately presented. The shower was incredibly spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Bedding and towels were of the highest quality. All staff were extremely professional in their manner, yet at all times so approachable and friendly. Won't stay here again this is the SECOND time I have stayed here where they don't have anyone on reception. On my first stay I had to wait 30mins to just to check in. I completely understand the front desk person are helping other guests up stairs but the reception should never be unmanned especially during peak check in/out times. This isn't fair on the one person that is left to do everything for multiple guests. Reception staff member was lovely and polite. Inconvenience with parking have to park at the gym go check in then drive up to hotel parking. Should be allowed to be buzzed into hotel parking. On the rooms here they are clean and bright, bed is average.

Love this pet friendly place. We booked this as part of our work holiday and have been very impressed by the room size, cleanliness, the service. I did a phone booking when our Airbnb cancelled on us and it was difficult looking for pet friendly accommodation. The lady (sorry can’t remember her name) was very understanding and accommodating. Shout out to Jhon who looked after us during our stay. The pups had a lovely time. The hotel/ services apartments is also close to some parks to walk the dogs. There is a Coles supermarket about a 20 mins walk for essentials. We will be back.

I do not recommend staying at this property. The room was unclean throughout. I asked the desk to send someone to clean the shower as it had chunks of dirt floating in the corners, it was still unclean when I returned. The floor hadn’t been mopped prior to my arrival, there were 2 stains in 2 separate parts of the rooms of various colours, pillow had a shoe print on it, baseboards were yellowing already (hotel is only less than 3 years old). I have over a decade of experience in this industry and it was very clear to me that Quest Burwood East does not have any procedures in place to protect these rooms against longterm use, let alone basic procedures surrounding how a room is to be cleaned.

The rooms at this hotel were spotless, spacious and very comfortable. My wife and I enjoyed the food availability around the location as well, and props to the team for making such lovely and creative swan animals out of our towels! I must add, the service done by Maya and Milan when we walked in to get checked in was amazing. They asked us how our day was and were not afraid of having a chat, which was nice given these days of constant lockdowns. Definitely recommend staying here and do not be shy with the staff, we found them very lovely and comforting. Thank you Quest Burwood East for an amazing weekend away!

Needed “emergency” accommodation due to water leak at home and found myself here for five nights. What a great surprise to find a spacious, beautifully clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment! It was a pleasure to spend my time here. Great parking, good security, fantastic views of The Dandenongs, double glazed windows to reduce road noise and a terrific outdoor verandah. Stayed over night for a work conference. The service at the front desk was incredibly friendly and personal (although a little slow at times hence the 4 stars not 5). The room was absolutely gorgeous, well decorated, brand new with a very comfortable bed and quality shower that didn't leak water all over the bathroom floor! I would definitely stay again. Also, shout out to Sue the CRM for the personal touch in our rooms after having a great chat with us in the lobby!

They were very accommodating during Christmas, provided brand new bowls for my dog and also a crib for my bub. Even made sure when we booked another room we can access it through a door between instead of having to go in and out the front door. Made sure we had extra towels and necessities since there was no one going to man room service over the holidays.

Groovy staff, Snack Machines decked out like mini 7/11s, Brand New Gym filled with modern equipment, Asian Grocery 2min walking distance, pretty slick place to stay. Alyssa , Rhea, Sofia, John & Bram had exceptional Customer Service. Too great not to write a review. Cheers Quest Burwood East

Excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I prefer the one bedroom apartment as I like lots of room. I enjoy staying here. Good transport links in every direction.

Had a very pleasant 3 week stay. Spacious, modern rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Basic but good gym. Close to a tram line and the delicious Sofia. They don't seem to recycle ♻️ which is disappointing for a major business in 2023.

Came to Melbourne for a work trip and I have to say the service was really good and I had a wonderful stay! Rooms were clean and modern, had all the basic amenities you need when away from home. Reception was super helpful, hats off to the blonde girl working at front desk

We were served by Maya at the front desk, first class customer service greeted with a smile and made to feel extremely welcome. Rooms were clean and tidy, would recommend to anyone. Great stay

Slept well. Bedding was comfortable. Room needed a bit of a clean. Tables, kitchenette benches and walls were dirty. Just make sure you tell them to clean the room properly before you stay.

Best, modern hotel in Glen Waverley and Burwood East. Price was reasonable. Service and rooms were amazing, Some have views of the Dandenongs. Thoroughly recommend this place for business or leisure. Has a conference area and is co-located with a fully kitted out gym.

Basic simple yet functional rooms. Double glazing to cut out traffic noise would be a plus. Cleaning definitely needs attention. A larger fridge would be good also and an up to date stove. Otherwise a nice place to stay. Bed is comfortable and bathrooms very nice.

Great apartment with all the necessary facilities that was needed for our stay! All staff were very friendly & accommodated our requests. Easy walk to shops & transport.

We had an excellent stay at Quest. Best thing is its pet friendly and our border collie had a great time as well! The room was very comfortable and the furnishings were really nice. Everything from wash machine to dish washer worked well.

Pet friendly place. The team was very responsive and accomodating. Close to The Glen and other shops if you have a car. Very fair price compared to the good quality of the rooms.
