Having spent the past 3 months at Quest Narre Warren whilst we waited on repairs to our home after a car drove into our house, having to move our lives into an apartment wasn’t ideal for a family of 7. The set up and layout of the apartment however was perfect and allowed us to all be able to live comfortably, the location is perfect but more importantly, the entire staffing team from the manager, front desk, cleaners and maintenance team were all incredible to deal with and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Special thanks to Adele & Flo for everything you did for us. Your friendly faces each day made a tough circumstance feel like home. We couldn’t recommend the service of Quest Narre Warren any more highly. You won’t be disappointed if you book to stay here.

My family stayed here for 3 weeks recently due to damage to our house. The staff were fantastic, Bastian was so friendly and helpful, nothing was too big of an ask. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful, The facilities in our apartment were good, but there were a few things I wasn't happy with. The cleanliness was not great. I had to clean all the door handles and light switches, they were pretty dirty. The inside of the bathroom door was dirty. The pull down blind in the bedroom was dirty. Some of the walls were dirty. The rubbish bin in the kitchen was broken, it got fixed but broke again. The towel rail in the bathroom kept falling. We had sliding doors that went outside to the back of the apartments, outside the apartment next door there was rubbish on the ground, an empty coffee cup and other mess, it stayed there the whole 3 weeks. There were signs up around the place stating that covid cleaning was being done regularly, but I am positive none was done in our apartment, especially the door handles and light switches, which I think is pretty important for covid safety. It was great for emergency accommodation, but i was very happy to leave.

I do not normally rate or review big name brands unless they have properly ticked me off. But in this case I will make an exception! The Quest Narre Warren may not be the newest Quest in the line of many, but I have spent nearly 6 months returning to the Narre Warren Quest apartments, for one main reason... The service! These guys are just great, there is no request too big or too small, friendly at the counter and most accomodating to the late checkin, extension, or stay changes. These guys know how to make you feel important. Rooms range from 1 bed to 3 bed apartments (that I have seen) well equipped and always serviced. Even through Covid 19 highs and lows I’ve always felt safe in knowing that all safe practices are adhered to, and during the worst of it so far, I was well informed that servicing will be on a request basis only. There is also a pod machine with free pods to enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony. Close to shopping centres and all kids of foods. Thank you Quest Narre Warren, from management to service staff, you have made these months away from family as comfortable as they can be alone. I will bring the family to a shopping spree soon, and we will be sure to stay again, maybe we can reserve room 20 again :D

The staff were fantastic. I was staying with my bridal party for my wedding, we checked in late so we had to wait until the morning to speak with reception about the toilet not working in our apartment. We were given another room immediately so we packed up and waited at the new apartment immediately as we had no time to spare having already started hair and make up for the day. Upon entering the room there was a strong unpleasant smell. As we unpacked and set up we discovered the master bedroom was were it was coming from. It smelt like vomit, the windows in the apartment were all open. It was like it had been cleaned up and vacuumed over and hopefully the smell would disappear. It was that bad I couldn’t sleep. The bathrooms all had soaps in throughout and I opted to wait until I got home to shower as I felt extremely uncomfortable using the bathroom.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Had a booking for my little sister who is a young woman, we notified the hotel she would be checking in after 11 pm as her flight landed then. They sent check in instructions that did not work or let her in the hotel. No one answered the emergency / after hours phone number that they had given connected to the check in details. Called over 15 times! Now a young woman is stuck with a nearly dead phone in the middle of no where on a late Tuesday night. Had to order her a $172 cab back to the city! How dangerous and what terrible service! Do not accept after hours bookings if you can’t accommodate! This is beyond unacceptable. Have to get her another extremely expensive cab from the city in peak hour traffic to get back to Narre Warren where she needs to be for work in the morning.

For: Four nights of relatively good comfort and convenience. Lovely, helpful manager and reception staff. Bus for Berwick station, a short 10min walk to hospitals, just outside the building. Only 15-20 mins walk to Fountain Gate shops. Against: Expensive relative to comfort. No coffee maker in rooms or at reception. Our patio doors wouldn't unlock, making fresh air intake impossible. In fact the room stank of stale cigarettes overnight but was fine after ozone treatment arranged by the manager. Kitchen accessories were basic & knives were blunt. No rangehood light globes. Sticky bath soap. Daily cleaning didn't remove rubbish without me asking and there was no recycling. In house movies very limited, mostly low std American fare... I would stay again. Jen

My one bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean with a full kitchen, lounge/dining and washing machine and dryer in the bathroom - shower over bath. TV in bedroom also. No allocated parking but seemed ample spaces. Close to major shopping centres. Staff at check in and out were very friendly and helpful. A definite when next in the area. As an addition - I stayed there a second time - This was my second business trip stay at Quest Narre Warren (both for 2 nights). I returned because of the fantastic service and facilities I experienced on the first visit. I wasn't disappointed on my return - still the same great service where nothing was too much trouble and the apartment I stayed in was even better than the first as it has been refurbished. My preferred base for future visits to the area.

Air conditioner didn’t work, tv was broken, rang and went to reception 3 times verify anything was done. When we went to bed we found dirty/ urine or sweat marks all over the sheets, blankets, spoke with the person on that day, was told can’t move your rooms and they are having issues with the house keeping. No sorry, no change of room until I went back to them once again. First night of our stay we had to drag mattress out to sleep in lounge due to how hot was . 2nd second they gave us a different room in which the bedding was covered in yellow substances again, also filthy bathroom, when we left we told the guy again, no apology, no nothing. Absolutely horrific experience. Disgraceful in all ways!

Disgusting experience. Stayed in the “Wilson” building on a work trip. The whole building smelt so bad, the smell was coming from the carpets inside the hallways, inside the rooms, curtains and the heavily stained lounges. I had to leave the windows open it was that bad. The windows were extremely dirty covered in dirt and grime from other guests before our stay. You did not want to touch anything. I bought cleaning products and linen myself - if it wasn’t a work paid hotel and in a good location, I would have left. The showers had mould in them, the exhaust fans were covered in dust that were spitting everywhere. I do not know how they pride themselves on this establishment, a health inspector really should investigate. Avoid at all costs.

The windows were dirty and I couldn't even open the windows to let fresh air in due to the dirt. Air condition wasn't working properly and I practically had to move mattresses to the living room to sleep as the rooms were too hot. The swimming pool was so dirty and we couldn't even swim throughout our 3nights stay. We were promised it was going to be cleaned thoroughly on our 3rd day but it didn't happen. I stayed there from 27th Dec to 30th Dec and the customer service was very poor when I went there to give feedback on the morning of 28th. Overall, the experience was not a good one.

We needed to book accommodation quite quickly Bastian was very helpful along with two other reception staff. Very happy with the 2 bedroom apartment, aircon worked a treat , had keys to unlock bedroom windows so no issue there, great to have fridge, kitchen area , and 2 bathrooms! Loved the washer/dryer Complex was quiet even though all rooms full, and I’m not a swimmer but was great to put feet in cold pool! Would be very happy to stay again! Close to shopping area and freeway and parking on site. Thank you again Bastian and staff for helping us out

Excellent experience. The room was super clean. The location was perfect as I only had to walk a few steps to where I had to go for work. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would definitely go back if I get a chance. One extra star for 'Reet' at the front desk. She was amazingly helpful and even guided me to some of the nice places and restaurants near by. Bless Your Heart! See you guys soon.

run down buildings should have set off alarm bells. Bathrooms are in need of an update, or at least a deep clean. the 2 room apartment looked nice and neat, as it should for $350 a night. Both rooms were quite warm, unable to open windows and no fans. On the surface, the beds looked great, until I stripped the doona off and pulled the sheet back to get in head hairs, and yes those ones, dirt, stains!! I'm now sleeping on the couch

This apartment complex is very old, dated and unclean. Whilst the staff were very helpful and accommodating they could not compensate for the building itself. Mouldy bathrooms, dripping taps, leaking toilet. No air conditioning in bedrooms and very uncomfortable couches. It is definitely not worth the price tag associated with Quest. This place needs a massive overhaul!

My wife and i stayed here for Christmas 2023. Staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean air conditioned and suited our needs. Quest is close to shopping centres, restaurants and petrol station very convenient. Very happy with their service. Would stay again for sure.

Booked months in advance, yet since we arrived late we got shafted with the accessibility apartment for the disabled, which we are clearly not. Obviously the management runs a first come first served basis regardless, which shows they don't care as long as its full. Also, excessive noise from neighbors and front entrance. Windows were jammed shut. Couches terribly uncomfortable. Bed is a Queen not a King.

stayed 3 nights 8/02/16 to 11/02/16 room 14, room maintenance is below par, AC remote missing, mould in bathroom, breakfast pack had stale bread, left note for housekeeping and was presented with another pack with stale bread the next day, advised reception who said "I will tell my manager" at least the third day I received fresh bread and AC remote, no offer to waive breakfast charge, no apology etc.

Rooms are very beaten up and not very clean. I’m sorry to say this but I am very disappointed that the sheets were full of lint and there was toothpaste on the wall around the handbasin. Not only these things but various other things like the TV was in poor condition and barely worked but I’d say it’s probably a 3 star at best!

When your paying over $300 a night, I would expect the rooms to be in pristine condition, this was not the case with our room. Shower over bath in one bathroom was filthy, floor of the bath had brown marks on it, the other bathroom had mould in the grout of the shower, a broken soap holder and a hole in the wall near the vanity. Disappointing!

Comfy room and friendly service , parking is right outside the room (not under cover). The room we had aircon did not work, but we were given little fan heater that heated our bedroom. But suggest that you get the aircon fixed or replaced.

Always a welcoming place and is no fuss. Bastian from the Quest goes the extra distance for you whenever needed to make it easier for the customers, giving great local advise on gyms, food options etc. Bastian has personally helped me out on more than a few occasions now and I highly recommend himself and the Quest.

We have stayed here a number of times and it has always been a great wee place to stay. Friendly, organised, clean and easy to check in and out. We have never had any issues with the Quest - Narre Warren. They have a pool on-site which is great for a little dip when the weather is warmer.

This place needs a serious makeover to bring it into the 21st century. Carpets, drapes and beds all smelt and looked dirty and old. It's the type of place you don't want to sit or touch anything. Front desk staff were helpful. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

Rooms were tidy and clean and have bath, washer/dryer facilities but the Indian guy at reception was RUDE upon check out and NO mini bar! REMOTE FOR MAIN TV HAS NO WAY TO SEE HOW TO USE IT THERE FOR CANNOT USE THE TV! This offers basic quality for money but nothing more.

Very clean and spacious but can't do dishes in sink as no plug states in welcome letter to refer to condominium but there is none to refer to. Oh and states in welcome letter that no pets allowed yet unit next to us had a dog lol

We stay here nearly every Easter to visit family in the area and our rooms are always in great condition and very clean. Can be a bit pricey, but I put that down to peak season. Staff are lovely and very service oriented.
