We experienced a highly stressful and confrontational ordeal with the actual movers, despite having a positive experience with the sales and booking team who were great and easy to deal with. Right from the beginning, the movers displayed rudeness and a confrontational attitude. They made unsettling comments about our belongings and new home, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Moreover, they took frequent vape breaks, often without any regard unless we were actively monitoring. About a third of the way in the driver said there was an a emergency at the other job site and they had to go. When I inquired what the emergency was he said someone had broken their leg and I quote " Stuff him Bro I don't care about him he's not my mate anyways" But he would be happy to come back and finish my job for cash. So I had to hire another last min mover to finish my move. Communication with the movers was challenging; each conversation would unexpectedly end as they walked away, often accompanied by dismissive head shaking. Regrettably, based on our experience and the inability to complete the job, I cannot recommend this company.

Quick and easy was used by another company interstate to pick up my items. The way the truck was packed was completely amateur, nothing was protected or wrapped, my $5000 mattress stuffed on an angle inside the truck. A portable air conditioner placed on top of a rolling desk chair. On the other end, everything was damaged. cupboard scratched and door broken inwards, scratched dryer, mattress had heavy items placed on the edges, bending the wires and voiding warranty, power cord for freezer put inside door and heavy items stacked ontop. Boxes (over 20 damaged) look like they were through a war zone. Bent corners, smashed out of shape. Clearly dropped from height or very heavy hard items (bed frames/wood) placed ontop to damage these heavy duty boxes. I knew that during moving things can get bumped around, but I was speechless when I saw those boxes.

We had a perfect experience with quick and easy removalists. They are indeed quick and easy. When I submitted a request for quote, they were quick to send in Ibby to provide us an accurate quote. Unlike some other companies who just do a video call, showing the items and talking in person was very helpful. We had some heavy and precious items. When Ibby visited first time, he assured us that it will be delivered perfectly. On the move day, Maz, Sam and team worked really hard to ensure that everything is handled carefully. Moving from a 4 bedroom double storey house to a 5 bedroom double storey house an hour away, they worked tirelessly to ensure that no time is wasted. All of our stuff was transferred in perfect condition and without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move. It is a no brainer.

Highly recommend, these guys moved my entire home to my new place today. Reliable and was at my door on time ready to go. Both guys were friendly and polite, they took care of my items, wrapped my mattress and furniture. Delivered with care, no items broken or damaged, I have white lounges and they arrived clean with no marks on them. They even set my bed up and hooked my washing machine up for me. Great job, will use again if I ever need to. Couldn’t have got it done without you guys and very good pricing too!

Quick & Easy Removals helped us move within Sydney twice and they did amazing work. From the booking process and all the paperwork (shout-out to Fay!) to collection and delivery (both times we had the pleasure of moving with John and Abdul) it was a 5* experience. John went over and beyond to pack as much as possible on the truck (we slightly underestimated our load) being very careful with all the items. Highly recommend!
