Came on 8/6 at 3:30PM to get our BMW washed. Once we pulled into the vacuum station after the tunnel, we noticed our sensor cover was damaged/removed from the car inside of the car wash tunnel. My fiancé informed the team member of the incident and provided us a customer incident report. The team member confirmed if they were unable to locate the sensor cover, they will replace it for us as the company/location is a FAULT! The guy promised we would get an answer on Tuesday 8/8 since it was Sunday and they would have to wait until they are closed. I’ve been calling their customer care for over a month and NO RESPONSE!!!!!!! Unable to reach the location themselves, they have NOT reached out to us and we will NOT drive all the way across town just to speak to someone!!!! This is ridiculous! I finally reached someone at customer care named Kelly today 9/17 at 2:40PM just to get the run around and provide NO ANSWERS!!!! Quick Quack needs to do better! If this continues I will be sure this is handled legally!!!!

This place is the BEST. And Ms.Kelly is the BEST! So I was vacuuming my car and forgot I had put a $20 bill in the cup holder. Next thing you know it gets sucked up! I panicked because that was all I had. I went to tell one of the guys which was really respectful and said I got you! Let’s go talk to the manager. Ms. Kelly turned the vacuums off, went and got dirty digging for it. We didn’t find it, and Ms.Kelly went into her pocket and gave me $20! I cried! This is the type of customer service we need in this world right now. She went above and beyond for me and shows her dedication to her work and making sure her customers are satisfied! I am a member of this establishment and so glad to have people at my location that cares for us! Take care of her Quick Quack! She’s a REAL-ONE! Thank you Ms. Kelly!

What a great experience! Maria was very helpful and patient with me as I visited my first Quick Quack location. After several years of going to run down self wash car washes I finally decided to visit one of these wash locations and I’m so glad I finally did! I will not be going back to any other car wash service. Maria explained the membership options and helped me pick the right one for me. Whole staff is friendly and they are always smiling which makes the visits nice each time! Clean and safe environment at every quack location which is a major plus!

Came by this morning and was served by Ms.Maria. I must say she is really professional! It was my first time at a car wash, as I tend to wash my car at home. However I decided to bite the bullet, and take it a car wash. I was not too sure on the process itself, and was feeling a bit self conscious. But Ms.Maria was extremely helpful. She guided me along the process and answered all my questions. If you have been on the fence about taking your vehicle to a car wash, I highly recommend Ms.Maria at the Quick Quack Car Wash!

I love coming here to get my truck washed. I've been a customer since day one and the level of customer service here has been outstanding from everyone. Clean and stocked towels and powerful vacuums. The staff maintains a clean environment inside the wash and outside (no debris/trash laying around). Greatly appreciated. Came to quick quack today and Daniel was so much help and everyone was so nice!! I highly recommend coming to this location!!! I am also a monthly subscriber and think it is very much worth buying a subscription for this place!! It is always clean and neat!! If I have any problem there is always someone ready to come help me with a smile on there face!!

The car wash is cheap but doesn't do a good job of cleaning bugs off from a week of driving. I do like they have free vacuums and give you towels to schrub the bugs off your vehicle that car wash didn't get off. Just being honest.

I went to get a wash and paid for the most expensive one they had that claimed shine for days. As my pictures show, it didn’t do a very good job. Highly disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the lady that helped me was very nice.

Preston and the other staff members at this quick quack car wash were exceptional. Everything was quick and fast and I didn’t ever feel rushed at all. Everyone was kind and helpful and made sure my car was clean in the end.

I’m a monthly subscriber for two of our cars. It’s not a cheap experience for the ceramic car wash option. But I love the quickness (about 2 minutes) and usually not too long of a line. The vacuums are great!

This place was supposed to be open until 9. I arrived a few minutes before 8 and they had the lanes blocked off to enter. No explanation on to why they were closed. Don't go out of your way to go here.

First off I love this particular location. Always clean and the equipment always seem to be up to par. Maria is the absolute very best at her job. Customer service is off the charts.
