Incredible experience! I took Amtrak which arrived at 1:25 AM to Penn Station, and needed to catch another train out of Grand Central at 1:56 AM. I was concerned about the time to catch the next train, and for my safety at this late time to travel. I scheduled a pick up and the driver was waiting for me and wonderful. As we pulled up with plenty of time to make the Westchester train out of Grand Central, I felt safe with the driver and decided to have him drive me an hour north of NYC and it was well worth it. He was kind and safe behind the wheel. The price was also fair considering the distance. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

Absolutely WONDERFUL! I arranged for a pick up from and to JFK for my son to visit NYU open house this past weekend. They were on point! Communication was great! They called as they said they would before to discuss the pickup location and to confirm they were on their way. They were perfectly on time which made my son's first experience in New York and traveling alone super easy and worry free! For reliability and peace of mind.. Not to mention affordability!.. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again for future visits. Thank you so very much!! :)

I called ahead and booked the round trip from airport to Times Square hotel and back again. Very nice staff, very dependable, and Very reasonable price, $50 where others were charging $100. After being dropped off at the airport one of our 5 girls left her cell phone in the SUV, I called and they said they found it and would be back in 20 min and only charged $10. That was well worth the money for the teenager who got her "lifeline" back. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely the worst service of any transportation company in NYC. Most of the reviews above are fake. Their drivers are untrained, uninsured and do not speak or understand English. The booking staff is abrasive, rude and unprofessional in particular Johnny. TLC needs to investigate and shut down this scam operation which is endangering people.

Visiting from Florida we needed a ride back to the airport. The young lady told us it was a hour wait which was not a problem because we had a late flight. Driver showed up nice and might I add one of the cheapest services I had the whole 4 days I’ve been here. 10/10. They will most definitely be my go to service next time I’m here.

Loved this service!!! No online booking but a simple phone call and text confirmations and everything went very smooth. Cars were clean and well cared for and the drivers were efficient and patient....no constant honking! I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Just took Quick Ride 5am to JFK from LES 10/16/2023. Quick Ride is temporary not taking reservations. However, they will still pick up those that have reservations! Receptionist is on vacation!

I needed local service. Receptionist very nice. Car arrived in 10 minutes. Quiet driver. Pleasant drive. Comfortable car. I gave a $5 tip on a $10 fare. All good! Thank you Quick Ride!

Quick Ride drivers provide the best and safe services at a very reasonable price! Beats NYC taxi and Uber hands down - still $60 from LES to JFK …

Driver was friendly and arrived 10 minutes early. He waited patiently though and drove us to our destination safely. Price was cheaper than an uber. Would recommend.
