I am incredibly satisfied with the Quick supermarket's instore and delivery service. Quick supermarket has certainly earned my trust and loyalty with their flexible delivery options, efficient delivery process, and top-notch customer service. I highly recommend their delivery service to anyone in need of a hassle-free and time-saving way to shop for groceries. They have truly set the standard for exceptional supermarket delivery services. The supermarket also had frequent promotions and discounts, allowing me to save on my purchases. The customer service at Quick supermarket was truly commendable. The staff members were attentive, knowledgeable, and willing to assist at all times. Worst customer service. They claim to deliver ASAP, but in the past few months, no one can receive the order before 60 minutes. When you complain, they make lame excuses of elevators not working (which is not the case), on the contrary, their delivery boys make TikTok and Insta reels in the parking, not giving a thought of delivering items which are on their bikes/scooters. Quick supermarket management must take this feedback as a positive one and focus on customer satisfaction. It's just a matter of time when we have more options other than this...

Quick market is incomparable to Carrefour, but considering the fact that this is your only option around the area, it’s not that bad. The customer service is decent. The food choice is fine, more or less (for a corner store). Prices are a bit above the average, but you have to keep in mind: this is your only option here and yet — this is the best I’ve seen in the area. They’ve got special offers and discounts too. Carrefour has an online store — so go ahead and order the delivery if that’s your preference.

Market on Dubai South is very bad! All the vegetables and fruits are awful, not fresh. All the products close to their expiration due dates. Also I have requested to give me 1 aed as coin for my baby who already crying and they refused to me. Several times I have asked to charge me from my card even more to charge but to give me 1 coin but still they don’t want. Shame of you and your service!!!

I wish there was a no start option. Customer service they just don’t care. I went there the other day to buy an ice-cream for treat and their freezers are frosting and giving freezer burn, and when I said something they laughed at me like I was making stuff up and had no idea what I was talking about. And they refuse to refund, say they will just provide another ice-cream

No respect for time whatsoever. I don’t understand who named it “Quick” when nothing about their service is efficient. I never received a quick delivery even though I live around the block, on the contrary, they take so much time and staff doesn’t speak English properly, not even the basics! Hire more people or just let another supermarket take your place!

The bad thing: Prices of most items are almost double (sometimes triple) Compared to Viva or al Madina + very bad smell inside the store( i think from fish and chicken ) and that smell stick in other products. The good thing : The staff is nice they have professional managers and good delivery services.

They don’t know how to speak to the customers they don’t care if it’s delay after requesting also they don’t send your delivery on time it’s just down to my building it takes hardly 5 minutes to deliver 1 item after telling they behave like ok sir you can complain we don’t care

It’s has a fresher look then the other Quick supermarket in he same area. But that’s it! Quality of vegetables and fruits is like usual bad. Parking there is a nightmare unless you are a resident of MAG. If security does not open the gate you need to park on the main road.

My experience in Quick market was like super faster delivery..I love the service …they help to find things in the store.. honestly they provide best quality fresh vegetables..I love that they inform if they was not fresh…delivery staff win my trust…

Ordered via their app probably 2 hours ago. I live around the block. No order should take this long. After reading the reviews, it seems like that's their standard mode of operation. They are just not worth the hassle. There is a great Lulu nearby.

I wish if we have Carrefour nearby not Quick since they don’t offer the variety and the fresh food available in Carrefour. Don’t know why the management allows them to open the second store in 2km radius. We already have one quick in Pulse area.

Our near to go supermarket ,satisfied with there delivery services and in store service .helpful and dedicated staffs and good customer service too especially the supervisor in mag mr faisal .

My go to place for groceries. They could stick more fresh meats but hey, i get the challenge of it so i can't complain. Of note is their really good veggies and fruits which is amazing!

Delivery is absurd! I order at 12PM and receive the order at 7PM, when I live 5 min away from the store?? Change your management or you will be losing customers!
