We just left from quick wok to make a complaint about how when they fixed the fried rice they didn't add any peas carrots and eggs. We took a picture of how the rice looked and just what we expect the next time we order. We wasn't looking for a free meal just what was done and how to fix it because we was actually going to order more food. In the past we spent $60 and$90 dollars at this place. This is one of those places where you have to watch where you spend your money with most foreigners because they can be prejudice. We was trying to tell what had happened with a pass order with spending 7 dollars for some fried rice with no veggies, Another cashier interfered and started integrating us like we was trying to steel. We said we just want to tell you what had happened and the error that was made. Nothing else. So the other cashier that interrogated us cut us off and left to get the manager. The manager came and ask what happened? He didn't introduce himself or anything. My mom tried to tell him what had happened and once again he looks around didn't give us any eye contact, looked for a pen and paper and just said "just write you phone number down so I can look up your order. We told him that we never left a number with our order." Then he said just write what time you was here. So we said it was about 830 or 9 pm. Then he yelled at us and said write the date. So my mom said hey you are being rude. He should not talk to her like that. He said since you won't do what I say I can always call the police and said you are disturbing my restaurant. We ask what did we do? We didn't do anything to him. He took a snap pic of us then he call police and played the victim and said two African American women is refusing to leave and disturbing his restaurant. So we decided to call the police on him as well. He played the the victim but refuse to prove his innocence with evidence. I recommend watch how you spend your money. The manager isn't hispanic but his workers are. The workers look intimidated like they cant speak for themselves. I see why because of the type of manager thats running the restaurant. They they don't take complaints and the karenicity will kick in just to unpurpose lie and use the police as a weapon against you.

2/7/22: LATEST AND LAST UPDATE ON THIS PLACE..Looking for a new Chinese place. I WILL NOT RETURN.....Ordered dinner, its been really good as of late, until tonight. Start eating and I bite into something hard and stringy....I fish out of my mouth, what appears to be either debris from a grill brush or a vegetable twist tie. I called up there and let them know what happened, he offered to remake it but i was too tired to drive back over. I told them please just be careful. The guy told me that the manager wanted to know more about this and would call me back. its been 4 days. Great food but horrible drive thru customer service. Today I was asked to pull around and after waiting 15 minutes I went back through the drive thru to check on my order. I asked Leticia (the name on the receipt) why did the cars that came after me, already receive their food and no one ever came out to bring mine. This lady went off and told me my food was just finished and I have to learn to be patient. I told her she was rude and that I only asked a simple question because in the past, my food was given to someone else and I was still sitting there waiting. She then asked me if I wanted my food or not and said again that I have to be patient! She damn near thew my food at me and then shut the window. I immediately called to inform the a manager but I could tell by her accent it was her that answered the phone, and she said he wasn’t there! I ordered a pick up order using the "beyond menu" program on Valentine's day because my wife wanted Chinese. I got home and discovered my 11 dollar chicken fried rice was missing. I called and we discovered that my order didn't print out on their receipt but it was clearly there and I paid for it. The woman I spoke with was very nice and said she would apply the credit to my name and number. Fast forward to 3/3/23 about 2 weeks later, I call to make another large order and am told I don't have a credit and she would have to investigate what I'm saying. To investigate she had to call the other employees who were working that day to see if they remembered. I didn't have time for her to play detective. So instead of honoring an 11 dollar credit, y'all lost a 50-80 dollar with every order customer. Wonderful customer service... Not!

Ordered online and the special request we made was not done or everything put in our bag and when we called a really rude person who refused to give his name and said he was recording me proceeded to say they have been in business for five years so they know what they are doing really well good luck with that we will never order from them again and make sure that reviews do tell the true story. Than when we were allowed to talk to someone would claimed to be a manager Leon or something he said in response to our request of putting sweet and sour sauce on the fried rice they do not do that and it is common sense !! Vietnamese spring rolls was delicious. 25 dollars wasted and I feel I got cheated. 1hr 30mins. The Singapore rice me fun was nasty and tasteless. Was supposed to be spicy not at all curry was not there. The shrimp looked like it was old I ordered Extra shrimp I guess because I had it delivered I wasn't going to pay attention to the amount. No extra and I paid 2 dollars for it. The hot and sour soup was the worst I've ever had. I'll got to a restaurant and normally or a large but the last state I did the same but got a large and it was nasty as hell. Those to items if u read the do not order those items waste of money. But the Vietnamese roll oh yeah they aced that! So I give them a 1 star for that and a waste of 25 dollars should have went to red lobster for that much!

The food's really good, I won't deny it. What I also will say is that it's a little strange to go up to the front door at 5:45 p.m. on a Monday and not only is it locked, but on the inside are two of the owners sitting down to eat a meal. I was forced to go through the drive-thru and all I can think is what if I didn't want to? What if I wanted to sit down and have a meal? That's how you lose money. If I wanted to sit down and have a meal and I was a little insulted that the owners can do it but won't let me, I'd probably go eat somewhere else. This is usually my go to place for Chinese food, last night (21Jan2019) I was disappointed with my Wonton soup and noodles. It didn’t taste good and wasn’t even hot. So here I go trying to give them another chance. My food was fine, This time it was the gallon of tea I ordered. I ordered sweet tea. They delivered unsweetened tea. Easy mistake, driver grabs the wrong one no problem. Bring my another problem solved. Nope, not for me. I called the store telling them about the mistake and the young lady tells me to either come exchange it or just add your own sugar. REALLY?!? First of all i had it delivered for a reason and secondly is was your mistake. Needless to say, her attitude made this my last visit to this restaurant

Nasty.... I came to this place a few years back and the food was nasty. They didn't know what they were doing back then. Today I came back just to grab a quick bite because I was in a rush... thinking if I ordered something different than the first time it would be better. Well we ordered a Cajun roll that's supposed to have shrimp in it...... it was stuffed with avocado.... I pulled the whole roll apart to find the shrimp and there was pieces of minced shrimp sparingly spread like a paste inside the roll... the sautéed chicken I ordered was white and bland and horrible.... their idea of "mixed veggies".... smh.... I couldn't believe how bad it was. Didn't want to have to pay.

I have lived by this place for a couple of years now and decided to try it last night based off a previous review that the shrimp fried rice was "EPIC!" And that was so true!! It's the best I've had in a long time. My daughter had the shrimp lo mein and it was delicious! I had the General Tao's chicken and it was so so good. The chicken was juicy and not dry. We also had some spring rolls which were great! I ordered less than an hour before they closed and EVERYTHING was fresh and cooked to order!! I'm mad I waited this long but I'm glad I tried it and will definitely be back.(**EVERYONE I came in contact with was super nice from in person to over the phone)

I had been wanting to order from them all day, but couldn’t figure out what the picture was on the Google website so I called and asked, they had no idea what picture I was talking about. So I asked for the Hunan beef and after they took forever to bring it, they gave me this massacre of sauce. The egg rolls were soaked along with my sauces and utensils. I literally had to pour the sauce from the bag out. I called them up and they said I had to bring it in if I didn’t like the food as per policy…yes I ordered delivery food to my hotel while in town visiting and I have to bring it to u to complain Bad policy, bad service, ok food I guess.

I like that I can alter a dish to be vegan. You can’t go wrong with vegetables, rice and noodles.

I would not suggest ordering online and requesting a future pick-up time. I ordered at 4:20pm for a 7:00pm pick-up. I arrived at 6:30pm and asked if I should wait outside until it was ready. They couldn't find the order at first but then handed me a bad stating it was ready. When i opened the food at home, I can only assumethe food was cooked at 4:20pm and sat there until I arrived to pick it up. It was terrible. Egg rolls and crab rangoons were all soggy. The rice was not fresh. I'm guessing it sat undr a heat lamp for 2 hours. Very disappointing. If you choose to order from here, just order when you arrive.

WOW!!! Those are the first words that come to my mind when I explain how absolutely amazing my service was when I came today!! I am not from this area at all and someone suggested this Chinese restaurant, telling me they had really good food. These young men were very patient, accommodating, spoke very clear English, provided me with a beverage while I waited, AND gave me a complimentary dessert!! Of all the time I have been here in Texas (4 months) I have never felt so welcomed with such PHENOMENAL customer service! They even helped carry my order to the car for me! And the food here is GREAT GREAT, GREAT!!!

I entered the review below 4 weeks ago. Sadly my experience tonight was bad. I ordered and paid online at 7:50 pm. Arrived and sat out front until 8:30 pm to receive my food. I hope it's good. It was not Quick! Of the 4 employees bringing food out to Customers only 2 of them were wearing mask and gloves. WHAT THE HECK! All employees should be wearing mask and gloves, PERIOD! My first time to order and get food from Quick Wok. Had the twice cooked pork and spicy chicken fried rice. It was excellent. So good I called the restaurant and thanked them. I highly recommd location. Very good and very well priced.

I always had the best service here until just recently my friend and I went for our lunch break the food was taking over 30 minutes to be delivered. People kept coming in and getting served first. The server kept telling us the food will be out shortly and it turned out to be almost an hour we politely told the server that we will just pay for the drinks because we did not have enough time.She never once apologized or tried to get our food out fast enough. She was so casual about it like she just didn't care that we had to wait almost an hour!! I really like the food but the service was horrible!

Love this place it is a hit everytime. The food is fresh and hot everytime, the staff is very polite and attentive. I love rice and everytime I order fried rice it's hot and cooked to perfection. The peppered beef is one of my favorites the beef is cooked perfectly the vegetables are crisp and of course the fried rice finishes the meal. If you haven't been Quick Wok is a gem and definitely worth the experience I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Don't buy food to go. I bought shrimp fried rice & shrimp egg fo Yong. The rice was days old dry & hard. The fo Yong was burnt on the outside, inside 2 shrimps. Vegetables frozen and hardly cooked. This is the 2nd time I have tried their food and was highly disappointed. Looks like I'm going to have to travel a little further to get decent food. So much for supporting the community. I really don't know how wheelchair accessible this place is; it is a small shop and we haven't even tried as these small places are usually too cramped for my wheelchair.

I regularly come here on my lunch break, and get the lunch special. It's 8.75$ plus 2.50$ for a drink and I've never been disappointed. The food is always freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants quality food.

This place is AMAZING!!! LOVE the food! Sushi was great, and my lunch portion was pretty great too! I would have placed 5 stars but I paid the extra for the shrimp on my niece's food and she did not receive any shrimp at all. Only frustrating thing and I was too tired to go back inside or explain what via drive thru. There was also a line and I didnt feel like waiting just to complain. The customer service was nice. This was my 2nd time here and we will for sure be back!

I went to eat with my wife and two kids. We all loved it. Food is fresh and great portions for the value. I ordered Kum Pao, asked the server to make it extra spicy and it was delicious. I am very disappointed. I always looked forward to eating here since they have good tofu dishes. However, the last few visits have been horrible. We stopped by today and were 'helped' by two different people. We ordered our drinks and never received them, then waited another 10 minutes to order. Waiter said he was going to check something and after a long wait, did not come back. We waited a total of 20-25 minutes, no drink, and no food orders. I'm very annoyed.

Every. Time I order takeout from here it’s always a hit ! Everything is so yummy from their fresh sushi to their fried rice to lunch specials. I don’t mind the wait because I know its good but to avoid it I always order ahead and it’s ready in 15 minutes or less. And its great that they deliver I live just a few blocks from here and delivery is usually less than 30 minutes. Great customer service all around from cooks to cashiers. I just love this place :)

This is a good place to eat. Love their sushi and pan fried dumplings. If you go thru the drive thru, they will usually have you park. But they are very fast and bring the food right out to you. I drive passed 3 other Asian food restaurants to get to this one. It's not the closest to me but definitely worth the extra drive.

My brother found a hair in his food after we already got home and sat down to eat. He called and was told on the phone that the next time he came in he would get a free plate. When he went to pick up this plate the employees were rude and acted like he was lying. Then made a snide comment as he was leaving. Horrible customer service. This is not how you treat people who come to your business multiple times a week. Won’t be seeing us again.

I would recommend pickup instead of delivery because it took 53 minutes to get my food by delivery and my food was soggy. Whenever I pick it up myself it tastes great and is obviously quicker. I have dined in the past, and it tends to take a while too. For some reason whenever I dine in there is always a gnat or some other bug in my food. I have not had any problems with take out/pickup. I love the egg drop soup.

I’ve ordered here around 10 times; always pick up. The food has always been tasty, but around half the times I’ve been here I have ended up waiting 30+ minutes in a front parking space for them to bring the food out, even with a small order at non-busy hours. Not-so-quick Wok. Edit: I have gotten used to calling in the order and picking it up ~20 minutes later through the drive through - much better experience!

The food is good but there is nothing quick about this place. Took me almost an hour to get my food. When I finally got the food there was hairs in it. I took the food with the hair in it back to Quick Wok and they denied it being one of their employees hairs and claimed that is was probably already in the packaged rice they get.

The worst orange chicken I have ever had in my life. It was mush with sauce and some pieces weren’t edible. Plus the sauce sucked. Went here today and there were some issues with my order food was a little bland which is NOT EVEN normal because I'm a regular. So i took it back and the manager was VERY understanding and helpful! Ordered take-out for the first time yesterday, and I gotta say I found my new go to place! The staff was friendly on the phone and helped me decide, and the delivery guy was also very helpful! I've been ordering from here since moving here 6 years ago. Obviously prices have gone up. Food is good not great, depending on what you order. First time ordering Mongolian beef and I am not impressed. Really I ordered onion with a side of beef for 15.00... refused to refund if I couldn't bring it back... last time going here.

Really giving no stars. A 1 star review was the only way to post. Double charged me, walked away from the window, and I still didn't get what I paid for. The guy that came up only gave me a total and never confirmed my order. Called up there and the lady tried to blame me for her incompetence. You will never see me again.

Really friendly family owned business. We love the sesame chicken and sesame seed balls. Usually they're pretty quick and the portions are decently sized. Wish that the friend rice had more veggies but overall it's a great Chinese restaurant.

I have been going to this restaurant for years. I call tonight and they wanna charge me for something I don't eat. My family don't like peas and carrots in our rice and was told its now a charge for that.. SMH. That's like paying for something your NOT gonna eat. They just lost our business.. That's ridiculous

Yum. I placed an online order and picked up through the drive thru, there is a very limited parking lot so going inside wasn't really an option. The food was very fresh and I really enjoyed the moo goo gai pan. The only weird thing was the the Crab Rangoon tasted very cinnamon-y which I wasn't a huge fan of.

Ordered three entrees with different spices. Mild Medium and hot. The hot one was supposed to have broccoli. None of them were labeled and there was no broccoli. So we had to taste to tell which one was hot etc. they were all the same. Too bad to do this at this time. Laziness. I won't order here again.

This is one of my favorite places to get Chinese takeout. Their Sushi is very fresh and is excellently made. They have great lunch and dinner specials, so it's a great place to eat for cheap. The staff is always friendly and remembers regular customers. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. :)

Wonderful experience. Very quiet and not crowded. The negative reviews on here are probably false. They had great customer service, food was fresh and brought out quickly, did not rush us out the door like other places would. Will definitely come back in the future. PS , the orange chicken is the best.

Order from here all the time and have never had problems until tonight. Ordered our food at 7:22 told it would delivered in 45 mins. Called back at 8:40 to find out when our food would be delivered. Was told it is heading out now. 9:10 our food finally arrived sushi was hot and dinner entree was cold.

Definitely my go to for Chinese food. Had the won ton soup. The little crunchy things appeared made to order. BBQ ribs where perfect. Very tender. Pork lo mein was delicious. I will probably get leftovers twice. I enjoyed the egg rolls just as much. Way to go Quick Wok. Keep up the good work.

First time eating here ordered house lo mein(3meat)spicy had 3shrimp exactly. wasn’t spicy, tasty and fresh tho. Fried dumplings good and fresh! Nice sauce.I enjoyed will order again My daughter on other hand (14) says it tastes like cardboard.LOL ‍♀️ two different taste buds I guess

The fried rice was dried and hard, no flavor what so ever pour soy sauce on it - no help. Glad I ordered the lunch. Sesame chicken was over cooked and the egg/spring roll had little vegetables in it. My dogs had a hard time eating the Sesame chicken because it was so over cooked.

Great experience workers are very friendly first time i ordered pad thai with shrimp & chicken you can order any combination of meat u want chicken, shrimp & pork. I ask for less peanuts on it.and extra lemons. I have came back 3 times to this place. You can eat in or takeout.

This place rocks! Food is always fresh the service is good and if you call ahead 10 minutes and your good to go! I love there sesame chicken but everything on the menu is good.

Light and tasty as Chinese food should be. Very generous helpings and prompt service. Few places make egg drop soup correctly... this place definitely does! Try the mango cake to finish. Delightful!

Bad service and you have to pay extra for sweet and sour sauce. I'm like bought five meals and two appetizers and more sauce unless I pay for it. Thought I did when I bought sweet and sour chicken and sesame chicken and ext: nope won't go there and drop $70 again never.

Good food, reasonably priced. The spring rolls are the best I've ever had, very fresh.

We have both dined in and ordered for delivery and have always been happy with the portions and taste! Original from nyc so finding good Chinese food is hard for me but this place is really good. Our favorites are the sesame chicken and beef with broccoli.

They have really good food. Online ordering is sometimes confusing. You have to call to make sure they get the correct type of rice. Restaurant has a small dining area, but I usually get mines to go.

Great Atmosphere, Great Asian Food, and Quick Serving Times. We got great service. Our drinks were never empty and the food came out very quickly. The quality of food was pretty good and there was a wide selection of dishes. Definetly coming back again.

Loved the food. Everything had a great flavor. All the texture were great. NO strange mushy meat. They got the whole large order correct and read everything back over the phone and in the restaurant for pick up. We will be back!

I got the sesame chicken. It was saugy and tasted like it was rolled It water not sauce. And I wish I was exaggerating it just tasted like saugy chicken. Most mediocre Chinese food I've ever had. I'd love a refund
