I cannot stress again and again. March 2022 the first time the delivery man came to my place he got wrong order even though I already swiped my card on his card machine. I asked him to change the item to what I ordered as I stay in same building. He didnt return for 15 minutes and I called again and the same man answered saying your card payment has not processed yet. I asked him so rather than you returning with the right item and card machine again you choose to sit in the shop while I am waiting here with no update. He came up then with thr right item and I told him his response is wrong rather than back answering he should have said there seems to be an issue with your payment as well Ma'am let me get machine back. So I went down to speak with his Supervisor who was equally rude making me upset and shout when the Owner came out and he apologized and then I made the payment. Today July 2022 my husband ordered for delivery again and since our apartment is big the deliveries need to ring doorbell 3-4 times which I even mention on Zomato and Noon. However, the supermarket delivery man rang the doorbell once and left and called from supermarket so my husband explained politely the issue. When the delivery man returned he rudely said to my husband "i rang the doorbell why you didnt open" my husband just made the payment without replying. I called the supermarket and said why is this man speaking so rudely to PAYING Customers. I heard the delivery man speaking rudely "what I said what I said". I went down again this time the Supervisor was there again and I told him. First he or the delivery man didnt apologise at all for the rudeness in tone. Until I shouted again. We are paying customers who actually want to encourage Small Businesses as everyone suffe from Covid-19. But the Owner is least bothered to either train or change bad employees. The tone of the employees are as if they are the owner. Because unless there is no personal supervision from owner there will be zero service given to customer. I hail from a business family and its disappointing that such a good location and size of supermarket is under utilized due to bad management.

It is the worst supermarket ever with extremely high price for all the items. The staff doesn't know how to talk and remains in their own attitude. I called for delivery in urgency and the delivery man went away till the time I walked from my room to the main door and on calling him back while he was going back in the corridor, he literally lashed out at me in abusive language and took the order away. Extremely rude, disrespectful and mannerless staff. I would have given it a minus 10. Very bad experience. Will never order from here ever.

Quick pick in jaddaf was very slow especially in what’s up, when I go down even 1 costumer no body there , every time I order always saying no we don’t have they are not approachable and I ask a favor to cut the cucumber and onion coz we don’t have knife coz it’s our last day here we transfer all our things they doesn’t want they are telling they don’t have knife, your selling veggies and meat please look for your staff, they are so annoying..

One of the pathetic staff behavior you would find in Dubai. The guy who answers the phone is rude. They always say they dont deliver below 10 dirhams even if its the same building. Better to order from other nearby places especially Westzone where items are much cheaper

Quick pick In al jaddaf,,they don’t know how to deal with the payment,,they don’t have any experience and in the same time is expensive, i will not take again from this shop,and very near they will close …
