This laundry is close to my home so therefore it is convenient. I can come here at anytime of the day and I know this laundromat will be at my disposal. However, the customer service as well as the hospitality is extremely poor. They seem to ONLY employ Hispanics who either don’t speak English or choose NOT to speak English especially when it’s convenient for them not to. Also, there are televisions at the laundromat which I thought was for customers. Well I was proven wrong! In several occasions, the channel is ALWAYS tuned in to a Spanish speaking channel for the employees to watch and enjoy as well as anyone else who comprehends the language. I have asked some occasions when I have visited if the channel could be changed and I was always told “no”. I found that ironic considering the person didn’t understand English but he/she understood when I asked that particular question. The bathroom is never in service, there is never any paper towels available to dry your hands after washing and sometimes the staff here is not even wearing a mask....which is a requirement to even enter the laundromat in the first place! In the height of this pandemic, I believe all necessary precautions should be taken at this time to ensure the safety and well being of ALL of us. But I strongly suggest this company review their staffing roster because this place is spiraling downward!

Excellent laundromat… huge really really huge and fully equipped with varying sizes of washers and dryers…. operated and activated with their laundry cards…They also have drop- off services, where you could bring your dirty clothes to the laundry woman and for a fee she will wash your clothes for you and you come pick it up later. There are also vending machines stocked with soda and snacks,namely, chocolate, candy and chips . There are also a few gaming machines for those that love to play games … you put your coins in the slots and play and you could win prizes like stuffed animals, toys and so on… There are also seats for you to relax and watch TV while your clothes are being washed and dried. There is also free parking available for their customers. This laundromat is open 24/7…, Oh I forgot to mention that you could also drop off clothes that you don’t want to wear anymore… there are special bins provided for these…. and they get delivered to Salvation Army or any other thrift store ( I don’t really know which one). …. This is a really nice , and enjoyable place to do your laundry… you should try it out…

I recommend that anybody that is going to do laundry at this place turn Around and leave, these ppl went and stold a bag of cloths from me, so I went and got my child that was hungry some pizza across the street I was only out for 20 minutes & when I came back my cloths was gone. They told me well you should’ve never left your cloths an attended. So know I went an made a complaint with the better business BBB & anybody that can help me out. There policy is they can’t allow you to see there cameras unless is “NYPD”..,,,,,,,,,,what is it you guys have to hide!!!!!!!!! So know ima post this on all social media outlets!!!!!!!!

The no cash policy really did it for me, the fact that you have to buy a refillable card even if you're dropping off seems ridiculous. I understand we're not in the best neighborhood but still. Also one of my expensive T's (which I shouldve dry cleaned) has a huge bleach smear on the front which I know for a fact it never had before. Definetly not going back I wish I could return the card.

It's a decent place. The washer and dryers mostly work without any major problems. The dryers though sometimes you have to adjust the rubber lining to make sure it seals closed to get the best dryer results, other than that the place has a bathroom that's always clean and only for customers. The employees are nice and sociable. Overall you'll have a decent laundry experience.

This place is falling apart machines broken down with no signs on the the roof is craving in, atm not working people that don't use the laundry mat just walking in and using the bathroom when it says customer only and the television sets are dark you can't see anything and children running around the place like it's a park..

It's funny how your items can be stolen & you are not allowed to view camera unless you call NYPD but the Manager ( Ray ) won't help you find a solution to your problem. But it's okay for an employee to do the cloths delivery & have sex with the customer. Right Mr. Manager RAY Good Job …

Almost no carts people are stingy with the carts, carts are not working well. It’s too hot and the prices are super high. 7.75 for a regular machine. Half of the machines aren’t working and are covered by tape. They said they’ll remove them if their done but nothing happens and people have to wait

This place can be a bit more pricer than ur average laundromat in the bronx, however it's worth it when I never have an issue getting a washer and dryer. Also it's never chaotic, busy at times but never chaos. It always clean whenever I go and best part is there's parking.

The place is not to bad but today i went to wash my clothes at 11:30pm and seen that it was closed, so i went to the door by the parking lot and the guy working told me that they are closing at 10pm so he could leave at 12am and that there

The staff got snippy with me regarding time frame for pickup they said 24 hours but they had never said that before I stopped going to them for a while until the other place destroyed some jeans. Live in Brooklyn now so won't be back

Good laundry service expect your clothes to be done in 60 min which is to be honest very good considering most laudries take about 90 min to 120 min to be in and out of the place

They offer awesome services, machines are always working and the employees are efficient and knowledgeable. They have arcade games & a community resource board. FAVORITE!!!!!

Big laundromat with a lot of washers and dryers. Even when it's busy and packed, never feel like I have to wait forever for a machines like in other laundromats.

I Love this laundry. The machines are a bit expensive but they work amazingly well. The clothes stay fresh and clean. Huge washers and dryers. Love it

Clean your folding tables before you put your clean clothes on them & benches before you sit down on them. Very unsanitary. I have emailed management.

great place always keeps it clean and the machines don't click clack or bang the biggest machine they got in there is $9 and it gets everything clean

It's always clean and my go to in the neighborhood. The price is reasonable to me; $2.95 for the small washers. Not sure about the others.

24hrs 7days a week even through the pandemic which is great. It's usually not crowded and has large machines
