If only more garages in the world were like this one. The service was professional and friendly. So much so that when I tried to reward their great service by paying more than they asked the guy wouldn't let me and insisted on the lower price. I went on the recommendation of a friend and I'm glad I did! Can't recommend them highly enough. P.S it definitely is a family run business (the guys who run it look and sound the same and you can see their names and photos on the wall). I don't know what the 1 star reviewer guy is on about because having met the guys at this garage I'd trust them with anything.

I will never ever use their service. Absolutely rip off. They charge a standard 1 hour labor for a 5 minutes work (£90+VAT= £108). 5 minutes work for £108!!!!. Worth doing the counts. I was charged 1.5 hour labor for a flash and oil change £162!! That was only the labour. Plus £78 for 4.5 Litre oil (4.5 Litre oil is not £78! and unnecessary works. They wanted £300 extra for an unnecessary work also, which I kindly declined. ME personally definitely NEVER want to go there. Very upset about the whole situation.

Took my Allegro here. Really nice bunch. Everyone I spoke to was a real pleasure to deal with and they seemed to know exactly what they're talking about. Work was always done in a timely manor and they were genuinely enthusiastic about getting my car back on the road. Lots of classics and modern cars around their workshop and the only place I could find for miles around that would touch hydrolastic suspension. Thanks guys!

Phil and his team at RPM are a superb family business. They go the extra mile for their clients when urgent work is required and at other times always explain what work is required clearly (and prior to doing it!), and charge fair prices for their work. It's great to have a garage of such consistent quality and honesty nearby.

I'm always impressed with the high quality workmanship that the friendly RPM team deliver every time that I've needed their expertise. The engineers are well equipped and clearly enjoy doing their best to reach the very highest standard possible to ensure their customers safety and satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend them enough. I'm always apprehensive with mechanics as a young woman with limited knowledge about vehicles but Phil was open and honest about what his recommendations and what I did and didn't need, allowing me to make an informed decision. Will definitely use RPM again.

A really nice garage, posh reception area, friendly staff - I even got a cup of coffee! Sorted my MOT out promptly, including a few little fixes to get it through, which they did promptly and didn't make a meal of. Pleasantly surprised by the bill too 'me old dear'...

Updating my review a couple of years on. Been using RPM for two years and without debt the most reliable and friendly mechanics I have used. Always cheerful, honest and I trust the work completely.

My daughter and son in law moved into the area. Son in law found RPM and he hit a gem. I fully concur with the statements below. No garage is friendlier. They are good value, reliable and honest.

I got recommended here by a friend 4 years ago, and I won't use anyone else but RPM for anything car related. I travel 35 miles from Dunstable to go to these guys... that must say something.
