I had trusted this brand and purchased a shoe..the shoe had very hard leather backside of angel so before purchasing I asked if they can soften the leather as its hard shoe bite.. they promised and gave that its done.. nothing has happened.. being a Luxury brand they should be honest and do the job. I wasted the money. You guesses have lied and sold me the shoes.. worse
