Went there Wed 15/11/23 for breakfast. Waited few mins to order then a waitress stopped her cleaning and took our order with her unsanitized hands. Sat there for a while then she came to take our order again and when we said we already ordered she looked confused and said ok then after like 20 mins they bought the coffees & tea, all tasted like hot water and they served 1 of the cappuccino in a FREAKING GLASS I've never had a cap served in a clear glass with all this and we still waited patiently for the rest of the order. Another waitress was going around and when we asked her after 15 mins from bringing the drinks she said it's coming so we waited another 15 mins and we still hadn't gotten any of our breakfasts so we thought it's never coming so we left and spoke to the waitresses and 1 of them was smiling and laughing the whole time. Very rude. The other waitress said it'll be ready in half an hour and said they're short staffed. If you're short staffed but an hour waiting for 3 plates of breakfast and never receiving is just a shame. At the time there was only us and another table so if you had inexperienced turtles working they would have still managed to serve us within 15 mins. Definitely never going back.

Mixed feelings. We have been here before and had a good experience. The staff are quite friendly and attentive, which is great. Food usually comes out quickly, although I had to question the texture of the chicken schnitzel this time. My concern is that we were sitting in an almost empty restaurant yesterday and after we finished our meal, I noticed something moving behind my partner... it was a small cockroach walking along the seat. I thought it wasn't a big deal until I started looking around and noticed that the place needs a proper deep clean. Looking around lead me to seeing more cockroaches walking along the seats. We're obviously disgusted at this point and decide to leave. I told the lady at the front counter and she simply told us to pay our bill and she'll look into it, might need pest control... I probably won't return because of the response I recieved as a customer but hopefully they look into the cockroach problem they have and get the place cleaned properly.

Hi, Rashays has been one of my favourite restaurants for dine out. I recently organised my little girl’s first birthday at the hume hwy branch. They have a separate room for events. As it was a small gathering it was a great space to utilise. I wanted a customise set up and they actually made it happen and took care of everything like I was out of words. All of the staff is great but There Manager ‘Shak’ is one of the kindest manager I’ve ever come across, she was our dealing manager from day one and understood what wanted to do, from decor to menu she understood our customisation and helped us in giving a real picture to our idea. Everyone just loved our set up!! Great thanks to her!! ❤️ Rashays should keep such ppl for life! All the waiters were so kind and they kept checking upon us, great environment and service. Thankyou for making it a memorable birthday!

I walked in and was greeted by the staff at the front. I found everyone to be friendly, and the staff made the effort to acknowledge the customers from the second I walked in. The staff had smiles on their faces and were ready to help. The staff at Rashays were amazing, hands down! Well done very welcoming, which makes people want to come back. The food was great also. I can't fault this place. You should all be proud, sometimes people are having a bad day and those little things are actually the big things, a warm welcome or a smile can impact someone. Yesterday we booked my sister and her husbands wedding at Rashays it was such an amazing experience loved every minute of it and had so much fun! This place honestly to book a function you can’t go wrong such amazing service and we had so many waiters come in all the time and check in on us and see what we needed. Most amazing service, food was amazing and overall Samantha and the whole team did an amazing job! Made us feel so welcome and we just loved every minute of it! Always smiling and so welcoming and definitely would book many more functions here! We dined here as a group of 5 on Monday night for dinner. Restaurant clean and well presented. A section for kids to play which is always a bonus. We were sat right were the sun was coming in as no other tables were available. So this made for an uncomfortable dinner. The music was also a bit loud which made it hard to hear. It took us a while to be served and once order meals were fresh, tasty and speedy delivery to the table. Only thing I would keep an eye on for this business is the quality of service and maybe look at how the sun affects the diners and look into options to make the seating more comfortable. But would visit again based on good quality.

If you want to visit a zoo/circus, then I suggest you go to this Rashay's. From the second I sat down the shenanigans started. The staff were completely clueless and rude. The waitress taking our order was staring at the wall and not paying attention to anything we told her and we had to keep repeating our order. The staff directly behind us at the bar were screaming and swearing so loudly that even my child was shocked by the language. The food was below average and the cleanliness of the tables and chairs around us were disgusting!! I will never go back again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Biggest waste of money and time.

Hello. Rashays has been one of my favourite restaurants for some time now and I recently ordered two meals and a drink on uber eats. The taste was satisfactory but the pricing was not. Each meal was $30.00 when I would have expected it to be around 20-25. The drink was $10.00 and a bit too sweet. Rashays customer service in-store has always been really good! I love going there because the food is nice and the workers are always nice. My two criticism-points are money and variety in menu, yummy food but some new dishes would be great! Don’t forget to try out their dessert, I love Rashays brownies. Thank you for your service.

I dined at RASHAYS and had a wonderful experience with my kids. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The only small issue I had was with the interior design of the restaurant, which looked a bit outdated and in need of renovation. Food was ok but poor customer service, for every single thing i had to ask, even though i requested for hot food, (made fresh) but i was served late and it was litterely cold. The female serving to me was so serious that it looked like someone is asking her to work for free. When i asked for a drink refill, she litterely took that long that i had finished my food. Upon asking about the manager, a guy from kitchen told me she herself is the shift manager. And overall quiet disappointing experience.

We came to rashays for breakfast this morning and were so disappointed with the terrible service. We saw our food sitting at the kitchen ready for collection for more than 5 minutes with the waitress nowhere to be seen. So we went and collected it ourselves. Our tea came out in tiny little tea cups …. When we asked the waitress if we could have a saucer and in tea pots she said tea pots weren’t used anymore even though they were clearly behind the bar. Terrible service from what’s usually such a great place .

I don’t know where to start, because the food was shocking from the meat to the salad! The only thing that tasted good was the Hot chips! I ordered a Beef Rack omg it was so dry dry chewy stale no flavour no taste I was going to vomit after wards and the salad?? No dressing no taste the portion was way less than what it was before, I was shocked never again will I ever go to Rashays! it’s Not the same like it was 1-2 years ago the food was wow before but now not at all! Deserves 0 Star Rating!

came in a few nights ago was greeted by this wonderful server i believe her name charlotte possibly such a positive vibe and a beautiful radiant smile she was kind to all customers including myself and my mother she even constantly asked the younger staff if they were doing okay. we haven’t seen such a wonderful staff member like that in such a long time my mother absolutely adored her. i hope she’s getting much recognition from the higher ups.

It's very bad idea to take your family their for iftar in buffet all you can eat!!! Only you can eat nuggets and after a 5 to 10 minutes bring chicken wings and you can see the people around the buffet looking for food and nothing after 40 minutes I paid and live to other restaurants! I'm lucky I didn't invite people with my family it's was funny and at same time very upset cause I was member with it and I wish I didn't go to buffet and I make normal order for food

I have been going to Rashays casula for years now so it saddens me to write that it’s becoming a dump. The food is tasteless doesn’t feel fresh like other Rashay restaurants. We went recently and some of our favourite dishes have been removed from the menu. It’s disappointing.. the chips are overly dry the drinks are weak..

Recent October 2016 menu changes have made the food expensive, portions of chips smaller and the worst drinks ever. The crushers are all made from liquid sugar syrup and tastes too sweet to console your insides. Adding 1 litre of water couldn't dull it. This is added to the mojito and it is horrible!! And just to jump on the bandwagon, there is nothing good about these shakes. Only consolation the Nutella surprise crepe was good. Beef lasagne was alright

The food was good. We had chicken crepes, parmigiana, fettuccine, and kids' meals. Few waiters for a Saturday night. Small issue with ice Creams - staff member told us included in meals, others told us pay extra. The manager included them for us as the staff member had not been educated about this. Kids liked the play area.

Staff were so lovely; quick service! The lamb was super tender I loved it!!! Although it had heapssssss of fat lol (like 70% fat - see photo), so not much meat if you're super hungry. Corn was terrible though, bland and not sweet. Would still come back for the lamb just not the corn!

I have been here couple of times and each time I go I find the meals salty. Couple of friends agreed as well. The taste is good but they should balance the salt I believe. Last time I had chilly prawn pot and my husband got the wagyu steak. The steak was ok but the prawn pot was too salty.

Had dinner there today 13/5/21 the hospitality was 5stars. Would love to go again. The staff are the real treasures of this restaurant. The service staff were so friendly and so helpful . It’s the staff and the quality of food that makes you go back again. Definitely visiting again.

The avo and chicken salad was delicious. Staff are nice. Easy parking, just off the freeway. Toilets and heaps of seats. Aircon wasn't doing too well on a 28°C day but other than that a great expirience! Will be coming back.
