Literally the worst bank (let alone RBC) I have ever been to. Visited on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm. Most tellers were open, however there was still a long line. No problem, I was in a great mood and have lots of patience. When it was finally my turn, I approached a teller who promptly put his “next wicket please” sign up and said to me “I have to go”…. Uh, ok…. So I went back in line. A few minutes later an older man named Manish I believe served me. Without looking up at me he said “next please” and I approached him. I told him I just needed to exchange a bill for a roll of quarters. He asked for my card (not sure why) and proceeded at the slowest pace possible to complete the transaction. No friendliness, no smiles. While this was happening a younger dark haired lady (I think her name was Noura) got into an argument with the first teller that snubbed me. They were both visibly upset and he was complaining that he needed help while she was raising her voice to him telling him no one could help as they were all short staffed. “HE’S WITH A CLIENT” she kept saying. I was SHOCKED that they were having this blatant argument directly in front of a giant line up of customers, without even considering that might be a bad idea. She leaves and sits down at the front desk, he leaves in a huff. A lady comes in, approaches the front desk and without looking up from her computer she says coldly “can I help you”. I LOVE RBC but will NEVER visit this branch again. I thought RBC prided themselves on professionalism and customer service? This branch needs a serious wake up call.
The branch manager Sonia has to learn and study how to deal with customer. She is the worst customer service provider. She screams and yells at customer as they are slave and and when they customer won't say nothing than she will start repeating what can I do for you and this will go on and on. I went there today to solve my transaction which they unlawfully deducted. When I explained it to the lady she understood it and agreed to revert back the transaction but she needs her managers approval to revert back the transaction. When her manager which is Sonia came she just refused to revert back and said she is right to even thought the first lady she told me its a mistake. Sonia is the worst customer service provider and I don't know what happened to RBC. ASAP I'll be closing all my and my family's accounts and dealing with the RBC now.
This is the branch I visit most often as it is close to my workplace. It is a convenient location just a bit off the Dundas St. W exit off the 427, in the same plaza as the Costco, Walmart and other places. The branch itself is clean and modern with 2 ATMs. There is usually someone at the entrance desk to greet and or provide assistance. Oftentimes I have noticed other people who I assume don't work the desk, approach me to offer assistance. Most often I go here for business and hardly ever teller service. In that respect I have found their advisors to be professional and helpful and they are usually on time with appointments. Overall I have had no issues here.
Seriously, RBC needs to work on their customer service/experience. Especially this branch. The day I was signing up, my mom was waiting in the waiting area for me in the bank and the workers literally kicked her out. Claimed she was loitering. She told them she was waiting for me and that I was with someone inside but they didn't believe her. Later, when I was unhappy with the service I received, I told them I was going to cancel and they shrugged. DON'T sign up with RBC. My experience with another bank is 100% better. The workers at this location are the WORST, so RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. WORST for day to day banking.
Awesome experience with this RBC branch team. Isabel Nastevski (Assistant Manager) understood my concerns on the Mortgage Closure day and suggested me the best possible options for me. Manager Victoria Barbaric immediately reached me and involved her team to sort the issues. Lev Garnets(Financial Advisor) is another great person from this team ,who worked for me on tight dead lines. I can say this is the best RBC Team. I personally recommend this Branch as the staff are very knowledgeable and try to provide the best options and they will be with us until the issue resolves.
Worst bank ever, they wasted my time. Something happened to my account and I had to go to the branch to fix it so I went there and they said I have to wait 3 days till the manager comes and apparently my bank account is frozen and they said it’s the manager’s decision to unlock the account like what why can’t the bank do it themselves and they wasted my mother’s time on the phone they bounced off her pay check at work and had to waste her time going to the branch. Worst bank ever, if you want open up a bank account Open up with TD, their services are much better than RBC
Had the pleasure of working with Sonia, the Branch Manager, and John, the RBC Financial Advisor at this Branch to set up a new Business Account. I was looked after from the beginning to the end. Both Sonia and John were very professional in the services they provided and extremely helpful. I got my account set up very promptly and I am happy to recommend their services and this branch. Very convenient location, close to all shopping and banking needs.

Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL people and I am very very upset with the service. They either hide, don't know or don't care about information and service they provide. They opened "free" account but with the first transaction I found hidden payment fee ($17) for $266 transaction, It is almost 7%, what the crooks for using my money. Worst customer service including managers. 10 employees but nobody is working. They come up with policy and rules that don’t exist. The manager didn’t even look at my account and said that she cannot do anything. If I can rate all my bank experiences this will be the worst one. Highly recommend to avoid this place and go to the nearby branches if you want to get something done.
Very poor service, the staff is not aware of their banking rules. Each person comes up with their own interpretation of the rules. The hardest bank to deal with. Also their employees work at the speed of a tortoise, they really take 40 minutes just to certify a cheque. I hope from this you can guess their speed.
Came to order personal cheques they don't come for 2 week,second time order them again,wait for 3 week they don't come,3 time call manager and finally they come to my brunch for pick up.Take me 6 weeks to receive my cheques.Stuff change,before when they open the location was better service.
Very bad customer manager . Didn't give me any information about my wire transfer. Just avoided the problem . Said I have to do a paid inquiry, when asked how much it costs she didn't know and never replied to me ,left me in a mystery that I have to solve on my own. Very rude
Waited in line to speak to a teller for half an hour, horrible service, very slow, FA’s and other branch members are sitting in there office with closed doors, no welcome when we enter red the branch. Very frustrating and the worst service ever!! No one is here to help!

Awful experience trying to open a bank account for my teen. First you have no idea where to go when you go into the branch. I had to stop two people who quickly responded I had to speak with a teller first. Waited in a line of one person
Another one star for this location. We’ve opened a business account here, account manager Shazia M. was not helpful at all, the account was placed on hold with no explanation why. I wish we’ve opened an account somewhere else.

A large well staffed location. Just avoid the older East-India man at the counter. Without a word of a lie, I watched 3 customers in a row, all get upset with him and his service. Might be time for him to retire....

New branch location with a modern stand alone building in the busy and bustling Creekside Crossing location with the latest ATM touch screens. Clean & well kept for now only time will tell if this continues.
I have been dealing with this location over 4 years now. Every time I visited, it was a good experience. Except at times there are long wait times but no rush since they are doing what they can.
Worst bank out of all of them. Stay far away because they do not care to help you and they will make things more complicated for the benefit of the business. Not customers unfortunately.
The worst service I've ever received. RBC is the only bank in Canada where you deposit money from an ATM and the money goes on hold. And don't even get me started on the service....!!!
Worst customer service, not happy with mortgage renewal, agent told me that there will be no interest when renewal mortgage but they made me to pay interest without letting me know.
Very modern looking RBC Royal Bank branch in the Costco and Walmart plaza. No lineup to use the ATMs. Branch is clean. Wheelchair accessible entrance. Wheelchair accessible branch.
Staff has low knowledge of their jobs and are very slow. They stamped my cheque and then denied it for no reason. One staff member, was very rude, even when signing up with RBC.
Gave the teller $25 dollars for a roll of quarters.. stupid me didn't realise that they are worth only$10.. That scumbag teller gave me on roll of quarters and kept my change!!!
