I do banking at RBC for many years and this location is very convenient for me but it always extremely busy on a daily. The staff and I believe the manager that sits close to the lobby is a very helpful guy always defending his staff to abusive clients and resolving to make everyone happy. ( I was there to witness a dispute)
Poor customer service. I go to this branch because it's conveniently located. Tellers lack basic etiquette. The teller I was dealing with was constantly smacking on chewing gum. At the same time talking to her coworker in their own language & giggling while the customer is standing right in front of her. Very disappointed.
I am very dissapointed in this branch. You call the direct telephone number and nobody picks up the phone, so call gets redirected to call center. Call center cannot answer your question because they are not physically at the branch. Solution.. you need to get dressed drive over there to get your question answered.

It was a wonderful experience when I visited the bank and met Mrs. Hala Abdel Rahman. She helped me open a new account and explained to me new things that I did not know before. Extremely slow service, untrained staff, not providing reasonable customer services in a reason time frame. I spent over 40 minutes, lined up twice to add an additional account owner plus deposit a cheque. Both account owners are already RBC clients with bank card. This is unacceptable.
Went to deposit money. That is all I wanted to do and limited with time. They forced me to wait around just to talk to someone about investing my money. Like they won’t deposit my money unless I talk to someone first. I felt like a hostage. Stop inconveniencing your clients!
Alex the branch manager was amazing. After speaking to him he told me what he thought he could do and had me take a seat. He checked with his team and came back and told me even better news. Very active and busy manager talking to many clients. Outstanding
Great location always looking after my business needs, staff and management always there to help - had issues and was resolved. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because they do need more tellers and with Covid restrictions it's all just amplified.

Got excellent customer support from Mr. Hank Wu. The bank foreign exchange rate for USD$ is quite lower than the market. New account bank card & VISA card expected to take 2 weeks to arrive.
