We went within an hour of closing for last minute boot shopping for a trip. Mark helped us out and he was super knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient and helpful in getting us the right hiking boots and showing us the proper method of tying our boots and helping us find a perfect fit for our needs.

Jade and Mary were absolutely wonderful. My wife and I came to this location to check out a garage sale tent and they helped us set it up in store to ensure the item had no damage and even gave us helpful tips on how to assembly and disassemble it. Thanks Mary and Jade for being so helpful.

Got some snow pants as a gift went to exchange them for correct size and they wouldn’t do it unless I had a receipt. It was a gift. Was able to have the person who gave it to me send me the email confirmation receipt but need better return policy. It had the original tag and everything.
