I've been training with Jeremy for over 5 years and I cannot reccomend him highly enough. Jeremy is personal and ensures that exercises are adpated to your fitness level or to any exisiting injuries you may have. Over the years a community has been formed with everyone in group sessions supporting and cheering each other on.
