While we were browsing in the shop, the staff was bad mouthing about other people who left without buying. My partner wasn't sure if the dress was perfect for her. She wanted a second opinion from her side of the family. Since taking pics were prohibited we decided that she should come back the following day with her family and buy whichever they finalize. As we were leaving the guy I'm assuming the owner started being rude. Generally i don't like to leave a review. But the customer service was so bad that i couldn't resist leaving a review. If you want to know the kind of customer service you will get when you visit this shop, look at the replies the owner leaves to the reviews. For good reviews he is nice and for bad reviews, rather than focusing on resolving the issue, leaves a rude reply to them. Don't worry sir, i am not interested in coming to your shop. There are heaps of better shops on either side of yours which know a thing or two about customer service. PS we went to Dandenong from Craigieburn as we were told that there are better options in Dandenong. If we were to waste someone's time, atleast we wouldn't have wasted ours driving from one end of Melbourne to another.

I went to buy a pair of shoes which is size 5. Tried size 7 and asked size 5 from that pattern.then tried size 5 and bought it with Punjabi sulvar suit which did cost me $200. I forgot to ask a receipt when I made the cash payment. However next day when I check ,I found that They gave me shoes size 7 in the box. So I went the same day to Change it to size 5. But the Punjabi man over the counter said they don't have size 5, size 7 is the Australian size 5 . Also he mentioned no refund and didn't bother at all to support me at least to find another shoes which is size 5. I had to end up with a shoes which is too big for my feet and can't wear at all. That Punjabi man is so arrogant and was very disrespectful when I asked about refund or support to find another shoes . He used very bad words from Punjabi language which I understand very well. Learn to Respect women in right manner as you live and doing business in Australia not in India. Worst worst worst worst worst experience ever.

Although the customer service was good, the quality of the outfit I bought was extremely subpar considering the price being charged. I did point out the imperfections in the material of the blouse before purchasing the item but was told that this was normal. As it is difficult to find outfits in my size, I not only travelled an hour and a half to this shop but I bought the outfit from this shop as it was a top rated shop at time of purchase. Wore the outfit to the event and was embarrassed as the lining in the lengha skirt tore both front and back and not even in the areas where there were no imperfections previously. To say I am disappointed in the quality of the item I purchased for the price I paid is an understatement.

I wasn't in the store for too long, but noticed something that's worth highlighting. The owner was verbally mistreating an employee in front of the customers and said a few nasty things to her in Punjabi. She was visibly embarrassed and I felt bad for her. Not sure she knows her rights, but it is a clear case of workplace bullying. Also, mr owner, you need to learn how to be humble enough to accept the negative reviews. Saying things like "god will punish you" and "time wasters stay away" is not just harsh but highly immature as well. No customer is under a compulsion to buy stuff from your store if he doesn't like it. And please learn to be polite before talking like a Godman.

Really bad service. Customers are expected to purchase the first thing they are shown even if they don't like it. The owner of the shop disrespected us and said "we wasted his time by opening clothes and trying them on". He disrespects his workers as well by cursing them. Clear sign of work bullying. The worker clearly felt embarrassed and shaken by his words. Every customer has the right to feel satisfied before they purchase something. There are no negative stars, otherwise I would have chosen a negative star. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR!!!

Such a nice Person. we are really happy to meet him. As a sikh, we are proud of him. we went there around 6 pm usually they close their shop at 6 pm. But owner saw us and gave the warm welcome instead of saying sorry we are close. That was the exceptional communication skills. we approached and asked for Turban, prudently he had showed. we also did nice religious conversation. After a long time, we met an optimistic person.

Awesome Collection of Indian traditional & bridal clothing for all age groups. Strongly recommend a visit as couldn't find better variety in other similar shopping places in vicinity. I have tried several sellers online for dresses for my sister. they were all terrible. Finally I bought the beautiful red dress. it was just perfect!! Couldn't be happier. Dress is the right size, sits beautifully and is sewn to look just like the picture (unlike dresses she tried from other sellers). Colour and fabric are just gorgeous too. Realy Nice people. So I went to this store and I found a lot of stuff which was very appealing. I wanted to buy a dress for me and I found that. There was plethora of designs so I got one for me as well. Very rude staff .. the owner is pathetic and really not interested to help customers to make choice of the clothes.
