I had been a client with this law firm. They are really good. The person who handled my case is Lejla Pehlivanovic. She is very professional. She always smile. Being in this firm with her gave me a peace of mind. She take matters seriously in relation to my case. I had been charged with a criminal offence by the police. It was a horrible experience. I even did an interview without consulting a lawyer. Before I found them, I was all over the place. When I found this law firm, I had put all my stress and trust to them. They did not disappoint me. On my case, Lejla takes time in explaining the steps and the current situation. She is really compassionate. She is also really careful in her words on how to deliver a bad news (on my case) to a distressed individual (me) while being direct to point. I was able to focus on myself because of them, because of her. Along with that, they have a great connection to other good lawyers/barristers. Negotiations to the police were done by them. They really know what they are doing. They are highly organised. They really represent you properly. All I can say is they are with you along the way until the day of the sentence. For me, they are the best. Lejla, thank you very much. You should be proud. Once again, I have no regrets being with them. They are highly recommended. This was my first time having to accquire the services of a law firm, and what can i say i couldnt have picked a better place. I had Lejla Pehlivanovic as my lawyer and from my initial phone conversation she was very informative and helpful, I could sense immediatley that i was in good hands. At our initial consultation she went out of her way to answer all my questions and help alleviate all of my concerns. She was able to navigate me through the process and achieve an outcome that was better than what i expected which was abig relief. RMO also have a very straight forward Client services agreement and fee structure that was easy to understand and if i had any questions it was clarified immediatley which was very reassuring for me, being my first interaction with a law firm and all. Hopefully i wont need their services in the future, but if i do i wouldnt hesitate to hire them again.

The worst experience of my life , Peter was absolutely terrible to deal with cost an absolute ridiculous amount and no outcome, went on for months and months . He has no idea about bankruptcy on a property and i nearly lost my family home because of his silly unprofessional skills. I have dealt with the best firm ever after i had no choice to find someone else willing to help us and they had everything signed sealed and completed in a couple months . I could not give RMO any recomedations at all from my dealings with their firm they dont have the ability to even know if someone has paid funds by bpay into their account and fail to invoice for any payments then add extra costs and interest and send threatening letters,i have the corrospondence to show such poor interaction with myself if this a display of their ability to assist a customer one would have to doubt their ability to be able to give decent legal representation on any important matter. The worst dealings i have had with a legal firm in my life.

Absolutely do not recommend. I had Rose McIlvride attend to the conveyancing of an investment property and 3 months on I am still awaiting for transfer of funds and pre-settlement agreements to be completed. Such little attention to detail, very disappointing when you assume you can trust a professional. My previous experiences with other conveyancers has never been this disappointing.

Vicky and Kara were excellent in their approach; they were very knowledgeable and they explained the process in a very easy to understand way. We took a surprise $550+ hit after our purchase due to a missed rent-adjustment. We understand that oversights can happen especially when there's sickness involved meaning that we got passed between three conveyancers in quick succession but we were frustrated by the overall difficult communication and absence of an apology post-settlement. Otherwise, it was a good experience.
