After 5 call outs I still have rats in my garage ceiling. With the first visit the team did not have the correct tools to remove the IBR plates so they use my 10mm socket drive which they stripped and luckily replaced. Then the call outs started which vary between rats on main house ceiling, rats on garage ceiling, unacceptable fit back of the IBR sheets and inadequate rat proofing. When bought under the attention of management, the owner wont even apologize for the weak quality of work, and I'm still waiting on his response on my mail of 31 May 2017. When I ask what the plan of action will be to get rid of the rats they said with the next call out they will use cement and poison, thus, what management is saying and what actually happen is totally different. After the last call out, I confirmed by mail what was done on site, I invite them for a follow up inspection. They ignored my mail (mail send on 9 August 2017)!! I would suggest if you have a rat problem, try to solve it yourself or get someone else, with roofrats you will have to manage the site team also with a high probability that the installation will be unsuccessful.

We used Roof Rats to sweep, vacuum and insulate our roof. They arrived half an hour early, the team worked in our hot roof: swept, vacuumed and lay out insulation rolls that they precut. They sorted out our down lights after the installation of the isotherm. Except for one that needs a new part - and they are coming back tomorrow to install that. What a lovely company to have work at your home. They are friendly and cheerful and get on with the job. Will post again if I am dissatisfied with anything!

Roof rats did a good job at my place. They did a bat exclusion for me. Bats are smart and a couple found a way back in 2 months later. I called and they returned without any hassles. Overall experience was great. Best part, l is they dont even need to come into the house, they just gain access through the roof tiles. Best price too!

These guys did a great job cleaning out and sanitizing my ceiling space, plus installed new insulation and sealed gaps where birds etc could enter.

Incomplete job. Second hand tiles used to replace broken tiles. Still have rats in the ceiling.
