Disappointing to start but... My Prado was inspected and booked in for repairs, estimated repair time 5 working days (it took 15 + 1 total days which disadvantaged my own business & personal plans significantly). Communication was poor to start, but after my vehicle completion date had be pushed out for a second time, without reasonable notice, I spoke to Travis, the operations manager, to advise him of the poor customer service. He was reasonable and helpful in his response. Once my vehicle was 'completed' I found multiple unfinished items (excessive water leak from missing seal, colour mismatch on door handle, red dirt/grim & hand prints remaining on vehicle, missing pinchweld around towbar on bumper). I highlighted those items immediately and spoke to both the operations and branch manager's on the spot, Travis & Jes. They informed me that they had both only just taken over the business, in their respective roles over the last 3 or so months, and were in the process of addressing quality, customer communication & cultural issues inside the business. They listened and seemed to be genuine about understanding and addressing the issues. I rebooked my vehicle, for an extra day a week later, to have the non-compliant items repaired. The issues were completed properly this time and after discussing everything again upon vehicle collection it seemed the managers had already made some changes within their business re communication and process. Time will tell but I believe Jes, the branch manager, and Travis, the operations manager, are both genuinely interested in improving the customer's experience after inheriting a poor legacy from previous management. Thanks Jes & Travis, for turning a frustrating and difficult situation into a positive outcome, both for me and future customers (3x pics attached prove my claims).
Tip, if you take your car here for repairs, take photos of your entire car, from multiple angles and if there are existing scratches, note them and take a LOT of photos. It took me 4 weeks to get an assessment of the damage on my car. Then another 3-4 weeks to get it in for the repairs. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to complete the repairs. That was bull. They messaged and said it was going to take longer cause they were still waiting for parts, would need another 2-3 days. Called again a few days later cause they received the wrong parts, another 3 days. Called and advised it was in line to be painted, another 2 days. Called again a few days later and said they had staffing issues, and it was still waiting to be painted, another 2 days. Messaged a few days later again and said it was being painted should be ready in 1-2 days. From the date of my accident (which was a simple fender bender) to when I got my car repaired, it was over 3 months. And to top it all off, when I go to collect my car, I find a scratch coming out from the bumper. The bumper they replaced. They claimed it was preexisting and wasn't part of the accident. It wasn't, its a deep scratch right at the edge of the bumper, and lightens as it gets further away from the bumper. They caused it. Pointed it out to them, but they didn't care. Repeatedly said it was preexisting. Said from a black and white photo taken at a distance that it was preexisting. I said I disagree, I showed him photos of the preexisting scratch which was above the wheelwell. They dismissed me and said "take it up with your insurer" and then he walked off. I would definitely not recommend this place.

On a Friday, they advised us that the car was ready to be picked up so we went to pick up the car and when we got home, we realised that the car was not locking! So we had to take the car back to them again. They sent another notification on the next Monday advising that the car was ready. Again, we went there and the car was not ready! We had to leave the car again. Following these stressful events, they called a few days later saying that apparently, the lock issue is a common fault with the car brand we have, thus, they will not repair it as it was not part of the original task request. This is my point: We have had the car for so many years and we have never had ANY issues with the lock until RPM Tingalpa touched it. They damaged the lock system, they have no intention to assume their error and they ask us to pick up the car as it. They are simply useless. Just do not trust this company.
Currently very unimpressed. My car was rear-ended a couple of weeks ago. This place is insurance approved so chose to go here. Originally dealt with Martin who was lovely (hence 2 stars instead of 1). Then this morning they called to tell me it was ready. They organised a taxi for me to come get my car except I ended up waiting on the street for 45 minutes because they ordered the taxi the wrong way around... then I finally get there, they give me the keys, no consult just "you're good to go". I have a quick look but it was backed in and the lighting wasn't great so it looked OK at the time. I get home and have another look at it and find a huge paint blemish and the top light above the boot is still cracked.... why would you call someone to collect their car when it's clearly not finished. I've been told they can look at it tomorrow but that it won't get fixed straight away.... not great in my opinion. At this stage would not recommend, will amend if it gets rectified properly and quickly.
Had them repair the back right passenger side and rear bumper about 4 years ago after having to dodge a 4wd hogging the carpark ramp. Looked ok at the time when I saw the outside, but had a little part not fully sitting on the bumper and thought it was due to the damage. Fast forward to a couple of days ago, went to get some minor dents looked at and quoted on at another mechanic. Mechanics found and showed me that my taillight that was replaced in initial incident was GLUED on and not bolted like it should have been, the brackets were cracked and/or broken and as a result of the panel beating, the rear bumper will never fit properly on that right rear side. Noone has touched that bumper til now and every service I have, I always check what my car looked luke before or after in case of missed damage from the service. Poor performance and furious that this was considered ok in the first place.
had my car repair via your rpm shop at tingalpa and I must say I am very disappointed with the service i have received, I will email the insurance company so they can use alternative repair shop in the future . I have attached the photos of the cleanliness of inside of the car which is appalling and as per your website there is the valet car wash and also vacuum clean however in my case the back seat , back floor, front floor are covered with white dust. I spoke with Dave and I was told " it is only a bit of dust" . The outside of car is not even wash. The door that was repair or replaced now have a clicking sound after I collected the car which I had to take back. And I am still waiting for a sticker which has been 4 weeks now
The service I received from RPM Tingalpa was outstanding. They repaired my car with real professional attention to quality and durability. In fact my 3 year old car is looking like it’s brand new again. It’s not just their technical expertise that has impressed me, it’s also their remarkable customer care . I liaised with their receptionist Francesca, their estimator Adam and their manager . Each of them showed real concern for my particular situation and were proactive in assisting me at every stage of the repair process. Thank you all. Forced to use this place through insurer. Spoke to someone named Sarah I think, to get an update on my car after they had it for a fortnight already. She was rude, dismissive, spoke over the top of me when I was asking questions and just said 'it might be ready on the 12th, might be after, might be before, I couldn't say' and refused to actually provide any update. I have no idea what's going on with my car, or whether they will have it ready on the date they have estimated. Which sees them having the car for a month to repair a couple of panels. They're rude, they offer no update and I wouldn't ever recommend them.
Guy doing the quote on repairs tells you 7 - 10 days, the info from them tells you 14 days and the car still wasn't fixed in time. Blamed part supplies that they could organise to get delivered on time in the month leading up to repairs or the 2 weeks plus that they had it. Customer service girl was terrible and when you asked hard questions she gave answers like a politician (no guarantees, just words). They also wanted you to sign that the repairs were done and correct even before looking at the car - what a scam. Would not recommend and have advised my insurer that they are a terrible organisation to deal with.
The worst service which I received from the front desk. I gave my car for repair through my insurance. They changed my rear wiper and fixed on the other way where I can't even use my wiper if it's raining. I tried calling them several times for getting it done as it was there mistake and still they are not responding to me well. Despite of my work schedule I tried ringing them to drop my car for repair and customer service is behaving Soo rude. I don't recommend anyone to this company for any repairs. Thanks
Good communication, quick repair only took one week. However after a few days I found that the hatch door cannot be locked. Didn’t want to go back so tried to fix it myself and succeeded, quite easy just two pairs of connectors left out unplugged there. Further I found another two unplugged connectors for rear window heating. Didn’t bother me much only took me 10min but they should avoid such a simple mistake
Great customer service, super friendly and very informative. Was kept up to date throughout the entire process and my car was fixed prior to the estimated completion date. Getting a hire car was all sorted through them and I didn't need to do anything. Whilst I don't want to go back any time soon I know that if I ever do need my car fixed in the future I won't hesitate to return. They did a great job.
I have had 3 cars repaired here over last 2 years. Every time they were over in estimate of time to do repairs. Each time I had to call them to chase up when car would be ready. On 2 occasions I have had to take cars back to fix repairs that were not complete/missed or to remove overspray. They are a insurance recommendation so you think they should be good.
They have always done high quality work for me. You always get updates as work progresses. I can particularly commend Haylee on the front counter for excellent customer service. She went above and beyond for us when a family emergency occurred while our car was with RPM.
Admin staff were super friendly and and easy to deal with Car took abit longer to fix at first they said a week and then it was 2. My car was super dirty when I dropped it off & they washed it plus vacuumed the inside which was surprising nice of them! Thank you …
The service for what i gave my car was done perfectly it was on the left side just below the head light. The service was great regarding repair. But unfortunately my antenna is missing, and the cover where the meter shows looks lightly up. But Antenna is missing .
Had my car repaired here after a small accident. Repairs only took 1 week which I was really impressed by. The service was great, very easy and efficient and they kept in contact throughout via text. Made an unpleasant situation a lot more bearable. Thank you!

Great service. My car was ready in the quoted 4 days. Had one minor thing to fix due to the front light misaligned slightly upon picking up the car. But it fixed the next day while I waited.
