I was refused entry to this shop as I didn't have a "travel permit" on me at the time even though I was following all other covid rules ( qr checking in/mask wearing etc) I live and work within 5km of this premises and am a frequent return customer as is my workplace. If you have certain policies in place you should have this listed on your website to advise customers. I have now had to take my buisness down the road to a different supplier as this is beyond ridiculous and will not be returning. Edit : Thanks for your response Clare, would have greatly presented my white card if I were asked or more then happy to have pointed out my vechile that is covered in sign writting in the carpark. Furthermore, I atteneded a neighbouring rsea and was more then greatful with there service. Regards.

This store is quite big in size, the stock levels are pretty good. The parking is also convenient and at the door. What drags this store down is the staffing levels. They're very minimal for the size, which can make getting service difficult. When I went to buy some P2 masks (after being directed here from the Essendon Fields store), there was a wait (of at least 10-15 minutes) before I got some help, as there was just one member of staff present. The staff member themselves were quite good, very helpful service, at least in my experience. Overall, this store is okay. I would recommend people to come to this RSEA if you know exactly what you need and do not require any sort of service.

This review is copy and paste from another person as I just received the same treatment "Staff are completely uninterested, I was the only person in the store, no hello, no assistance while I was trying on boots, they were just talking amongst themselves, spend your money elsewhere". The lady that served us in the counter was absolutely rude like beyond believe, I do not know her name but I think it was Karen (You were served by 739), from now on I'll travel extra 30 seconds and go to Total-Workwear down the road. I came in to the Tullamarine store today to buy some Hi-Vis safety gear and PPE gear I was helped by a lovely lady called Rose she was so helpful and made sure I the items I wanted I also needed some of the items that wasn't in stock so she ordered it straight away I would highly recommend this shop to any tradie or traffic control person looking for Workwear , Safety Gear , Hi-Vis or PPE gear thank you so much Rose keep up the excellent customer service I will definitely be back

Staff were happy chatting away and basically refused to move away from the counters as their social lives seemed more important than their work and assisting/helping the customers. When asking for different sizes of shorts instead of helping us look, they searched on the computer. The fact that this has occurred more than once is really annoying and that we had to go to the Epping store which had much better service for a staff member less is unbelievable.

Not very helpful staff and for the most part not the level of quality that I look for in industrial work wear very much only promoting their own brand that in my opinion is a lesser quality than some others and little thought put into the product . price is not the best and the cheaper items are that cheap and appear to be less durable than others but I refuse to get these items to try even when my employer is footing the bill I will go elsewhere

Went in to exchange a top i got from there and to get a few other things an hour later six customers before me to get served they all walked out stuff to slow and didn't know what to do when there register failed to work they asked the manager for help who i think it was laying down on the bench seat were you try your shose on never go back there

The team at this store did a tremendous job getting me the jacket I needed, fitting perfectly. They went out of their way to also provide me shipping. I have found the sales staff at this store to be very down to earth and professional beyond any doubt. I look forward to buying more gear through The Tullamarine store in the near future.

Twice I have been in this store and twice I have made a transaction without the staff member speaking. Not even a greeting. No one moved away from the sales counter to offer assistance while I was in the store. I honestly felt uncomfortable and felt like I should have apologised for interrupting the staff to make a purchase.

Customer service is appalling at this store. Lady at register barely acknowledge my existence during my purchase, couldnt even tell me the total of my purchase. Also wore her mask half across her mouth when reminding me to check in. Won't be returning here I recommend the Epping store instead.

Great if your after tough, comfortable, Work boots service was fantastic and very helpful staff, the lady was very friendly and helped me get the best deal and the right colour, style and size. Huge store with all kinds of work wear and the like.

Fantastic store, well kept and the staff were all very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Big help when I didn't know which respirator I needed! Will be going back for sure and telling everyone to go here.

The sales person who attended me was very bad. She was very snappy and appears to be angry. She was not happy serving me. If there is a zero star I would give her a zero star.

Staff are rude and abrupt and lack personality. Only shop here if you are desperate and in a hurry for something otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Went down to grab a pair of boots and some pants, walked out extremely happy with the service from Luke, the big fella. Great, friendly store.

Word of advice to this store, don't have your employee Rose serve customers, keep her in the store room, she is rude and obnoxious.

Staff were happy talking to each other and too busy to help. They were helpful when there were prised from their conversation.
