Jay the store manager provided me excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door, in fact the best customer service I've ever received at any shoe department and any retail clothing store in general. Even better customer service than when I went gown shopping for my wedding dress. As soon as I walked in Jay greeted me and asked me what I needed assistance with. I brought it 2 shoes that I got from Rack Room that I needed to exchange. Jay did not waste any time and called the closest store that had my size and looked online to find my sizes too. He seamlessly fixed all my problems within a few minutes and I left a very satisfied customer. Thanks Jay! You deserve a raise.

Awesome customer service! They were having the buy 1 get one 50% off sale when I visited there. They had what I was looking for. Athough one pair I wanted but didn't need was not in my size. I can order them and have them shipped to my door and still take advantage of the sale. I will be ordering those shoes. I shall return to this location. Update: July 2021 I bought some Nike Air Maxs

8:35pm on 11/14/22 3 Employees 2 girls 1 boy standing around talking to each other! Not one asked if I needed assistance! Walked around store from men to woman’s and children and again not one asked if I needed assistance! First and last time visiting this location! They all should be fired! Went down the street and purchased Crocs for my husband! Ugghh!

Over Priced shoe store. Customer service is non existent even though my wife and I were only customers in the store all 3 associates I saw were way to busy stocking shelves to assist us. Definitely will not be returning to this retail establishment any time soon.

Had the worst experience here. Tried exchanging shoes that had only been worn once at work (restaurant), so obviously if I use the shoes once to work there might be dirt/food on the bottom. Store Manager Jay refused to exchange them at

Grape store! When you go ask for Allen. He was the best. Tell him the guy from New York who needed to have a half size bigger that he went on the super search for sent you . Very friendly environment.

Good prices but the selection is so so. I was looking for converse chucks and none to be found. Women's and kids selection is great but for guys it's pretty slim. Unless you really love Yeezy.

I enjoyed my shopping experience at Rack Room. Jose gave my sister and I excellent customer service. The next time I am in the area I will definitely come back to this store.

Store was clean, organized, great sales and I was met with good customer service. Unfortunately I couldn't find anything that fit me. So I left disappointed again.

Ran in the store 20 minutes before closing. The cashiers were patient with even though we held them up past closing.
