First, NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. Very frustrating when you're traveling with a five year old that has to go. Actually, it's damn right annoying. That being said, the manager assisted my older son in finding the right pair of sneakers. My son wanted a particular brand and a particular color. The store manager was the one assisting us, all while I'm trying to chase my five year old around the store. Very helpful. Actually, we're grateful for his patience. My older son finally found the right pair, and after waiting in line (very polite associate at the register) we were on our way. My son's sneakers were around $75. Price was a little better than other shoe stores. If he's happy, I'm happy. We were visiting Charlotte, and if I ever need sneakers again, we'd return.

Does anyone work at this store??? We went in and bought two pair of shoes totaling 96.50. When we first paid with our Debit card the lady at the register stated it was declined. So we processed it again. Now we have been charged twice back to back for 193.00 for a 96.50 transaction. We tried calling the store all morning at 10am and it rang and rang no answer and then straight to the fax machine. So my husband took off from work went down their and spoke to the manager. Showed him our receipt and our bank statement and He didn't care and told us to call customer service. Worst experience. We need our money back and no one will help us --

I called this store during the busy week prior to Christmas. One of the associates located the shoes my husband wanted for Christmas, and arranged to have them transferred to a Rack Room that was closer to my hometown. My husband was surprised with shoes he really wanted for Christmas, all because of the kind and caring associate that helped me. I would give a 10 ⭐️ rating for customer service and my experience that day! Thank you!

Staff was very nice and assessed my needs, but were not overbearing. A kind employee told me about the clearance section in a very non judgemental way. This enabled me to get my work shoes and a new pair of sneakers, without breaking my budget. The buy one get one 50% off deal is great and will keep me for future purchases. All in all I think they are doing an outstanding job at this location. Many thanks!

I had such a great shopping experience today. I popped in looking for a pair of running shoes and was greeted and offered help as I came in. One of the managers even helped me find a coupon on his phone and I saved $10. Thank you for going above and beyond what other rack room stores usually do. This is officially my running shoe spot.

Great selections ,but they didn't have the color of Champions, I wanted but cashier was so sweet and kind and helpful so she told me what store had the color I wanted and she was sooo nice . I purchased a different color and definitely getting the color I want as a gift after Christmas.....Great store ......,

Lady was very nice when I came in to request some ladies shoes for a Halloween costume. Couldn't find any that fit my size 15 feet. Then, she found some size 14 pixie boots in the Men's section that ended up working just fine for what I was going for. They were on sale for $30 bucks too!

There is an employee, I suspect a manager, at this location that feels very entitled. He constantly blocks the HANDICAP access ramp right in front of the store. Employees should allow customers to park up front and not block handicap access ramps.

Very Beautiful sales floor associates. Very helpful and theres a wide variety of different brands of sneakers... (Is what i went for) everything is perfect and clean in the store and im ultimately happy about my purchase.

Manager was very helpful. We arrived close to closing. I needed shoes bad. I buy at least 2 pair of shoes every 3 to 6.mos.due to my job requires a lot of walking and standing. I will be back. Thank you.

Good choice of primarily athletic shoes. Looks like their offering of buy one get one with 50% off is permanent. Without the offer I'd say it's pricey, but if you use the offer the pricing is good.

Super helpful clerk and great assortment of shoes. Every price and type. Good supply of most sizes. Zero of womens size 12. Yes there are women with large feet. Elizabeth Taylor was size 10.

This is a good and safe place but for women's there's is not many options and for most of the shoes the sizes are lower which makes it hard to find shoe you like that will fit

Super friendly staff. Was asked if I needed help with in seconds of entering the store. This is one of the biggest Rack Room's I've been in with a really good selection.

Good prices, but hard to find the right shoes when you are looking for something in particular. However, if you aren't in a rush, sometimes you get good finds.

Clean store, lots of shoes however, lots of the same type shoes. Polite cashier. Greeted when I walked in and out despite not buying anything.
