I made a call to to Radiant Beauty & Nails mid-afternoon on a Saturday to request a pedicure (no appointment). The technician I spoke to was very accomodating and told me to come right in. After choosing my colour, I was sat in the massage chairs and the technician adjusted the chair for my legs to comfortable and turned on the chair. This was a really nice touch as I often feel a little squished in at other salons. A different technician provided the pedicure, and she was the sweetest!!! She took her time and made sure everything was to my liking, from the water temperature to the shape and colour of my nails. They are also very clean and have a huge selection of colours to choose from. When you come here, you don’t feel rushed or “just another customer”. The lovely ladies here take great pride in their work, which definitely shows in the results after the service. I’m definitely going to come back again! Thank you!

4.0: it is a good place situated near Aldi in Arndell Park. Ample parking available. Lately since Covid, they now need people to make bookings but they're not always on time. You can sometimes wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour until you get your turn. They have good safety measures with safety screen between the staff and customers when doing manicure and pedicure. Staff were lovely. I hope they manage bookings well next time to avoid too much people having to wait making the places bit crowded at times. Also, be prepared to take cash with you or better yet ask beforehand if you could pay through card, as depending on the time of the year or something their Eftpos terminal do not seem to work and they require you to pay cash instead.

Depends who you get. Been there twice for shellac nails, no manicure. 1st time was fine, went today and had a different lady. Cut me twice, terrible paint job, kept readjusting the light, and bending my fingers in ways that were super uncomfortable, didn't have much faith in the end result. The 1st time I went there, took 30 minutes, today, I was there for an hour. Very disappointed as I thought this place could be my new regular nail salon near home.

I rarely do reviews but thought this was a well deserved 5 stars, the staff are lovely and I can honestly say that I'm happy with how my nails look and the kind service. Anna was amazing, she took her time to perfect the look of my nail and I'm grateful that it wasn't a rushed job. I'll definitely be coming back here!

Super happy with this salon. Went there to get my nails done and lady who did them was very friendly and great at her job. She would double check to make sure I was happy with length, shape and colour. Overall was a great experience for me especially as it was my first time ever getting my nails done.

Very lovely staff especially the owner. The services it provides are very good. My daughter and I were regular customers and always happy and satisfied leaving the shop. Always make sure to let them know what you want done.

Always happy when I leave, I travel from Kellyville so Yen can do my SNS! It always last longer than other random nail salons. She is a professional and is quick. Highly recommend if you're local.

I have been going to the salon for years. Staff are always friendly everything is clean. Never had any problems. I would not go anywhere else. They are always polite and do a fantastic job.

Went in for a full set with 2 shellac colours, less than $60 ans they're honestly the cleanest set I've ever gotten, I love them so much, definitely my new salon LOVE!

Ladies were nice, but the end result was nothing like I had shown. Nails were chunky, uneven and were a completely different colour.
