After seeking treatment for a chronic low back issue at a nearby physio clinic which charged an exorbitant amount and provided questionable therapy, I gave Radiant Physiotherapy a try. Am I ever glad that I did! The clinic is staffed by excellent and knowledgeable physios, massage therapists, and administrative professionals. The fees for service are absolutely appropriate and reasonable for the top-notch care that you receive. I had the good fortune to be assigned to a excellent physiotherapist named Paria. Paria is one of the most knowledgeable physios that I've ever encountered. She immediately worked out goals for us to reach for that first session, and also provided a realistic plan for a course of treatment to guide us though a finite number of sessions, with specific goals to attain by the end of that time. I am pleased to say that within the first couple sessions, a significant amount of my low back pain that I had been dealing with for years was alleviated by Paria's intervention! Certainly, there are elements of my recovery that fall into my hands (stretches, muscle strengthening, etc)...but the core of those elements were expertly guided by Paria who ensured that I understood the reasoning behind these strategies and how they would continue to help me stay relatively pain-free into the future. I was in a car accident and was recommended Radiant Physiotherapy by a friend. So I went there and met Maria. From the assessment session, I figured out that she is very caring, very organized, very professional and she definitely knows what she's doing. She has a plan, she explains everything and answers all questions and concerns. I am feeling much better. I had a double whiplash and a dislocated vertebrae and stiffness in my shoulders, arms, back, lower back (luckily I made it on my feet after the accident.) So she started with a plan, she is updated and the treatment techniques she got will take away your pain. Above all, she is very kind and she always gives you hope and I can hear her dealing with others, You feel that everybody is a special friend of hers not just a case. I am very fussy about hygiene and cleanliness and the place is excellent in both. She got two ladies at the front (Courtney and Marina) and they are always welcoming and smiling. So when you go to a place like this in pain. The warm and welcoming atmosphere makes you forget about your pain. Even when she does something that will give you some pain during treatment, she will tell you and cheer you up right after. Maria, I am so thankful for the ability to sleep on my back again. My life definitely has improved and thanks to you and Radiant Physiotherapy.

This is the best physio clinic I have ever been to in the city. I have been coming here regularly for more than a year now following a bad car accident with a head injury. I thought I would try this clinic since it was closer to home and I am so glad I did. I have seen 3 different physiotherapists (Paria, Ashley, Bijish) and 2 massage therapists (Shawna, Jessica) here for concussion, TMJ, and general treatments and everyone has been incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging at a time when I was feeling pretty hopeless about my recovery. I was also recommended to other specialists who have been very helpful and who I wouldn’t have thought to check out if I hadn’t had the recommendation. The ladies at the front desk are also amazingly kind and helpful and Heaven in particular is very knowledgeable about how the insurance process works and I have seen her take time to explain to people how to best navigate the system for their situation and advocate in their favour. This place truly cares about the recovery and the wellbeing of the patients they treat here and they have been so helpful for my healing process.

Certainly and without a doubt, Maria is the best physiotherapist in the city. My family and I got injured in a car accident and from day one of our treatment and the assessment; we (my wife and my 2 sons & I) all felt that we are in good hands and will be very well looked after. Maria is very experienced physiotherapist, very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and friendly and she really knows what she is doing. In addition to my back and neck injury from the accident; I was also, suffering from a dizziness and I could not figure out why, Maria explained it very well to me and treated me from it in one session and it’s gone completely….it was “Vertigo”…not all physiotherapists know how to treat it, but Maria treated me from it in one session. Also, the front desk team are very accommodating, friendly and caring. I tried also her massage therapist and she is also great!! I strongly and highly recommend Radiant Physiotherapy Clinic and its owner Maria Tawadros!!

Great clinic that is clean and a relaxed atmosphere! Maria is fantastic! Always very friendly and patient. You are not rushed through any appointments. At the initial appointment she took the time to explain my condition in great detail. I must admit I was skeptical at first with this referral but after speaking with her she put my mind at ease and I saw results after the first session. She gives great instructions with the exercises you can take home with you. I always look forward to my sessions with her to see my progress and also I feel fantastic days after. Front admin/assistants are also very friendly and helpful! Such great patient care. You can tell that everyone there loves their job and is caring and compassionate about all their patients that come in. My only complaint is the hours of operation. Sometimes it's hard to get in for appointments with a full time job. But trust me, it's worth the juggling! Give them a call!

Bijish was the pediatric physiotherapist we worked with, in assisting my 7 month old and then later also my 1 year old. Both my girls had different concerns with their gross motor development. He was courteous and friendly at every single visit. He was patient with both of my daughters who certainly gave him a hard time haha !! He was always kind and patient with both girls and he was very aware of their growth and progress and knew exactly when to let them take a break and when they were ready to practice more. I witnessed my younger one especially growing stronger at every visit! Bijish tried to make her smile and work with her level of endurance on that day. We are very happy with this clinic and their excellent services. The front desk staff are friendly and funny and they put you at ease. Everyone was cooperative and patient with us, and we had a great experience. Highly recommended!!

Highly recommend, I went to radiant for the first time for my severe lower back pain that made me have difficulty in walking and bending my back, I already know 2 of my friends went there and they were much better and back to their normal life after severe pain . Before going to radiant my family doctor referred me to sports medicine, they just gave me several excercises to do without explaining what's the reason of my pain. In radiant, i was welcomed by a warm welcoming from the receptionist, then I met Maria , she explained to me what's the reason of my pain with a skeleton demo, she dealt with my pain from the first visit, she explains everything in a simple way , the place there is so clean and relaxing . I went to Radiant Physiotherapy due to a number of aches and pains; hip tightness, lower spine injury, shoulder pain, neck spine tension. I was interested in the Intra-Muscular Stimulation (IMS) for releasing my pains. I found Maria very personable in general and patient with explaining how muscles and nervous works in everyday language. She had showed me many things to help with my wide range of problems and some I'm too lazy to carry out but the IMS worked well for me and I've gotten much better overall. The clinic is clean and well sized; I always get the appointment time I need and never had to wait too long till I see Maria. I'm very thankful to Maria, Jessica and Marina and will continue to visit them for my physio needs.

Today is my first day, in about two months, without numbness in my thigh, leg, and foot! Maria has been treating me for about six weeks or more from a terrible pain and numbness that occur in my bottom back through out my thigh. When I came to Radiant Physiotherapy Clinic, I had left shoulder and lower back pain. My experience during treatment was excellent. Both Maria and Paria are highly professional and know what they are doing. The problem was correctly diagnosed and everything was explained in detail. I was having pain in my shoulder while swimming (back stroke) and lower back after golfing. Excellent treatment was provided and now I can do proper back stroke without pain and no pains after golfing as well. Staff at front desk was great as well. I was a patient at Radiant Physio over the past couple of months. The experience was very positive. The staff at the front office are very polite, friendly and professional. The scheduling process and the appointment reminder system is very efficient. They were very polite even when I came in late for my appointment. My Physio therapist, Temuulin (Tami), who is a fresh grad was remarkably thorough and confident about his treatment plan. He always explained the treatment options, exercise routines and outcomes very well. My treatment was concluded as planned and the results were amazing. She is professional, caring and very good at what she does. Since 2012 I have seen Paria on and off for varying injuries and, each and every time I come away with new skills, new understandings of my body's abilities, and new appreciation for what physio can do! Outstanding. Went to Maria with frozen shoulder which had lasted 14 months. The first treatment completely freed the shoulder and with two more treatments it was as good as new. Maria said that I should go and have it x-rayed again because she was sure I had a rotator cuff injury and she was quite right. While she was treating me for that she found I had been walking with a cane for more than a year and three more treatments cleared that problem as well. I think she is a miracle worker!

I've been taken care of by Radiant Physiotherapy for both a work related incident and a car accident and they're absolutely the best! Front desk knows exactly what they're doing; billing is always easy and they have guided me through every process. The physiotherapists (+ massage and acupuncture) are always great to get along with and take the best care of me. I'm slowly feeling better after every visit and have never had less than a great experience here. Absolutely recommend!

Jessica has been outstanding to work with. She is knowledgeable, friendly and I am seeing improvement eacb week. I arrived at this place with a horrendous back issue and in significant pain . No strength in one arm and tingly fingers. Bijish my therapist is kind, patient and funny as well as being a tremendous physiotherapist. I have finally after going through a couple of months of treatment become pain free and have gained my strength back and no more tingling in my fingers. The staff is so amiable and friendly. I can’t recommend them enough. If I could give ten stars I would :)

I got three physiotherapy sessions so far and my husband has got about 7 sessions with tough issues on his neck and lower back. So, I think it is quite reasonable to leave my review. Pariya (the physiotherapist) is so caring and professional. She is so knowledgeable and very patient in hearing all you complains of your pains. She tracks all the improvements during your therapy and takes notes all the time. Beside the physiotherapist, all the stuff are super friendly.

Maria is fabulous!! She really knows her stuff ... I'm really flexible and have had 5 knee surgurys, so I've been to Physio before, but no one has helped me like she has. I've never been able to get a proper stretch until Maria started working with me. My husband went to her for a WCB claim and referred me as she was sooo good! We think she is great and we will return for regular visits just to keep up our health.

I have recurring osteoarthritis and this place has been wonderful. I have been coming here for over a year whenever my arthritis flares up. The receptionists are outstanding and very accommodating and friendly. The physiotherapists are very knowledgeable and take each problem seriously. They know how to deal with my arthritic aches and pains. It’s nice that I don’t have to rely on painkillers. Thank you Radiant!

My 12 yr. old son started treatments for migraines w/ aura since last May with Anant. She did a wonderful job explaining, teaching and physically treating his symptoms. He hasn't gotten a migraine since and continues to do the exercises at home. Now my husband is seeing her for other issues. She is very pleasant and shows how much she cares for people. I first went to Radiant Physiotherapy for my knee issues and was very surprised how much the first appointments helped me. Not only did I receive in clinic treatments but also helpful exercises to continue to do at home. Now I go back monthly for massage treatments and could not recommend this clinic enough for their services and awesome staff!

Nathan, the front staff, and the short experiences I've had with the other physiotherapists at Radiant have been consistently high quality from start to finish. Nathan provides an accurate diagnosis, a solid explanation of the issues, and lays out an excellent and helpful recovery plan.
