This is a subordinate of the Kacheguda Railway station. It was started in 2015 celebrating the Rail Varostav. It gives us a quick look into the past glory of the Railways in the times of Nizam's. There are several models of all types of coaches, engines and goods carriers. Also models about the types of bridges used in Railways. You can have a good time when passing a layover. The fare is Rs. 20 and it is valid for 3 hours. The entrance, by the way, is not as shown outside on the road but from inside the building.
There should be a number to call to. It says it's open but is actually closed even at 11:45am. Aftet some wait we met the station manager only to know it's closed for a week as the attendent has gone for some training program. Went with high expectations with my toddler. Went again today. It's open now. You are your own guide here. Only exhibits, no interactive items.

The kachiguda Railway station discover a new place that is called railmuseum they will show us about historical traines and guide us about the origin of railways
It's at centre of the city.. bus station and taxi stand are adjacent to the railway station and buses which connect the all conners of the city come to here..
It has most of the minature versions of the trains used over the years and the relevant history. But it is too small to qualify as a place to visit.
Good experience
