I humbly say.. Directors are blind fooling investors without knowing the pain to Investors.. For land value of 1600/- per Sqyd these people are charging at 3400/-..almost double.. and waiting period is 12 to 15 years. With a returns of 50:50 ratio from sale of Sandal Trees.. Simply Calculate people with Brains.. purchasing a plot of 350 sqyds @ 13.5L.. without touching for 15 years. and from Sale of Trees will derive say 80L .. after TAX deductions.. for construction of plot in 350 sqyds after 15 years will be costing Not less than 60-75L.. and guess what.. Even your land value will not be increased in that 15 yrs... So you are investing almost 13.5L now to get a returns of approx 5L to 7L approx after 15 yrs. that is yearly 33k to 46k savings..
