Looking for something quick, a special color, or need a casual outfit. Well don't sleep on rainbow shops. They have an entire section for grown women clothes that have curves and are full figure and very attractive. Rainbow has been long forgotten by lots of people and look at the store as shop for teen clothes, inexpensive, or items that may be of lesser fabric, that's not the case. Clothing fabric has evolved and the addition of stretch materials has really allowed designer to make a lot of great items, that fit various shapes. Rainbow has the same good deals that many of internet clothing sites have and it's right there to be picked up. That extra coverup, camisole, sexy blouse or t-shirt, it can often be found at Rainbow. Don't pass Rainbow up for those simple needed items. You'll be surprised.

Went to the store last week. Arrived at 7:55pm to see shutters already down & doors locked. Hours listed on door & website say store closes at 8pm. Called and a female answered rudely saying rainbow we’re closed. I said it’s not 8 she said louder WE’RE closed. Asked her name & she replied JOY…which is a joke In itself. I asked if she was the manager & she said yes, which speaks volumes to the kind of service one should expect at this location. Went 2 days later at 7:15pm again closing time is 8 & GUESS WHAT!!! Doors were locked & male standing there said they were closed. PEOPLE, we have to demand more from these sorry businesses & the people they have working in them. I understand why people don’t like to shop on the south or west side…SMH IT’S SAD

Never made it into the store. The representative answering the phone had a disgusting attitude. Didn't even mention Rainbow when I called. She just said, "Hello". I asked if they had a certain color uniform in stock and she simply said, "No." Didn't check. I'll be taking my business elsewhere!

They have a variety of styles of clothing that range from toddlers to 4x. They have something for every taste. The clothes are nice and nicely made. Not as expensive as other stores. Not a lot of room to move around comfortably.

My favorite store!! I'm always satisfied whenever I go to Rainbow.. I particularly love the 1 on 55th Wentworth n the mall.. Employees are very friendly, helpful, and love to see me coming.

Sometimes the workers are nice other times not. But you'll always get really great deals. But prepare for congestion with the racks everywhere.

Returned a Christmas gift that was 9.99, ended up getting 2 sweaters for five bucks a piece! Owed one penny …
