The worst customer service I ever experienced anywhere. The staff was beyond rude to me and my sister. We simply wanted to purchase one shirt. And both ladies at the cash register saw us patiently waiting and still wouldn't ring us. The lady in front of us was still shopping and the girls at the cash register made us wait for them FIRST!!! this doesn't happen anywhere!! To make a customer wait for the person in front of you to finish shopping before checking them out is discrimination. They refused to ring us out without putting us through hell. The staff at this store have no idea how bad they are and how it affects the strangers they interact with. I live in this area and will make sure to let people know. Please educate the staff to be respectful of all races and religions. This is NYC. Enough is enough.

I never write reviews, and I don't wanna look like a Karen.. but the customer service was so bad. They don't treat their customers very kindly and me and my sis were stared down every time we shopped as if we were gonna steal something. Then I had to return shoes and they treated me even ruder. I returned everything with the tags and in only once tried condition and they insisted the item was damaged. It didn't make sense, but I wasn't gonna argue. But then they went out of their way to chastise me for not trying it on in the store (I couldn't try them on that last time because they were trying to get us to leave as they were closing). I shouldn't expect much from a Rainbow, but they were cold and rude about such a little thing. As big as this location is, I'm never going back.

Very poor, horrible customer service. I couldn't believe that the workers talk to customers like that. One time when I went there and asked one of the employee to help me, they were like "It's not my job to help you find things." I was like what the hell? The employees literally stand at the register ,eat, and make customers wait even though there aren't any line there.The Rainbow's owner in Sutphin Blvd first really need to change their employees because the employees acts like they work in the White House. Very horrible experience. Never going back there again. In addition, the clothes and shoes qualities are very poor at the store. I wouldn't just recommend the store. Go anywhere else, but not Rainbow in Sutphin Blvd.

This place has horrible customer service. I tried to return only two items, both items didn't fit me and one of the items was damaged. The "so called" manager refused to give me a refund or store credit because the tag was missing, even though I showed her the receipt of the purchase I made, literally the day before! Some stores still give you a refund, even when the tag is missing. I asked the manager to write her name down on the receipt and she refused, when I told her I was going to contact support to make a complaint about her. I contacted support several days ago and no one has gotten back to me!

The place is PACKED with options, so don't go with a large bag (you'll have a hard time getting through the racks). The guys up front will hold bags for you if you do have a lot of stuff with you though. If you're into Fashion Nova, you'll probably like this place tbh because I'm pretty sure they use some of the same vendors FOR HALF THE PRICE. Be prepared to search on your own because you won't get much help from staff. Whatevers on the floor is what they've got, so if you can't find what you're looking for, they don't have it.

This large female clothing store is conveniently located in a great neighborhood. The staff members are friendly and supportive. Their prices are lower than other stores and attracts plenty customers. They have petite sizes through plus sizes. This is a high traffic area and parking is available nearby at paid parking lots during the week. Buses and trains are available nearby.

Very rude employees... i had to check in my own bags before entering the store. Was looking for a size and employee Taseema looks and said they dont have my size( so the store doesnt carry large and XL ?) Cashier which is a trini woman, was taking n making personal phone calls on her cell phone and not paying no mind to customer's.

I am in Queens visiting and stopped by to buy some outfits for my 14 year old niece. They had plenty for her, but I know out on a lot because it was extremely difficult to maneuver through store. Even though this store location on Supthin was much better than Jamaica Ave location, it was a very tight obstacle course just the same.

It is unfair that this store close it 30 minutes before what it says on the doors of the store I do not see any professional ataires in this also the people who work at the store are too rude they do not have manners to work here

This large women's clothing store is a specialty store for full figured women with luscious curves, to appeal to the realistic woman of.today. These women are accepting there bodies that which they were born with. Sincerely, M.

The manger here is an absolute delite it was my daughter's prom an she wanted these shoes that make my total alittle out my price range he said it's her prom an gave me10%off my total

They close there door early. Bad customer service they don’t close till 8, they had they door locked at 7:40. If the store closes at 8 it should be open till 8 not locked early

i came here at 7:26 and they had close the door not letting anyone in when on google and on the door it says they close at 9 !

It was a little messy and sometimes it's difficult to walk between the hallways because they have tons of clothes
