If you think about ever shopping at this rainbow location Think it over I spoke with the manager about a handbag that I purchased. She stated to me that I could not return it because they do not take handbags back, which that sounds outrageous. I proceeded to drive down to another rainbow and they took the item with no problems. Mind you I have my receipt but the manager at this location proceeded to tell me that she’s been working for rainbows since she was 24 years old and she never seen anyone take handbags back Bad customer service, and I would never shop or recommend anyone to them..

It's my go to place for last minute things when I can't and don't want to leave the peninsula for minor things like tank tops, etc. Tonight An older woman had the door open talking to someone, at 8:10 and told me it closed at 8, yet the website says 8:30 on Thursdays! If she would have let me say I just need to grab headband for my child, i would have made it in my 20 minute window. When I worked in retail, doors stayed open until a minute before closing then closed the doors, clean and close out register. Very upset.

I like coming to this Rainbows. It's always clean, it near my house and when I had an issue with my receipt, the manager assisted me and was very helpful, understanding, but also kind. I was upset about an item I purchased and she calmly explained everything to me and helped me out. She kept a cool head and stayed focused. I really appreciate her help. I can tell that her main concern is customer service. Thank you again. Plus it's one of the only ones near me that actually has clothes for my son as well.

Store hours are completely wrong at this location. Maybe others as well. Trying to make a return before rhsbtore closed which was stated as 9pm on Google maps and 930pm on the store window. Got there before 9pm and they said they were already closed. Unable to do my return and today was the last day to get my refund, but I have to come here around my work hours smh... They need to update their closing hours which they said they can't do. But anyone can go this app and "edit"... So I call bull 9/23/2022

While shopping i realized how easy these workers let people steal. I mean every time im here i have seen at least 1 or 2 steal and had no bags on them u guess how? Lol A worker be in the from just looks outside and the other just works and sees nothing. This is a big store for only 2 females and 1 old man.. this location needs lots of help or at least get new employees that pay attention. Who hired these people.

the service was great had brought a pair of booths in the process i had lost my glasses i call the store and behold the lady who serve me answer and said that the glasses were there thank you as they are my driving glasses. thanks rainbow and the nice lady in the front..

My little sisters went in to buy perfumes. They work hard on their chores and school to save their money. One of the sales lady snapped at my little sisters and took the items away from them in a very rude way. They just wanted to have a shopping spree.

I am a big and tall girl. So rainbow selections are very stylish and easy and inexpensive. I've known the lady's and rainbow for years, The fact that they do lay away is the best thing ever.

Arrived at the Rockaway Beach location on Tuesday July 18 at 8:40 pm and the doors are locked. I’m standing in front of their door and they are just looking at myself snd another customer.

Nice selection of clothes and shoes...and childrens department...and a months layaway available.
