Friday 25, 2019 as at 11:00 AM. the worst of the experiences, I went with my mom and my son and the MANAGER was accusing my son of taking away the price tickets of the clothes, I asked her (Manager) if my two-year-old son could use the bathroom fast, she said only id he goes by himself, then started talking and screaming that they have no respect and that a child took the ticket from a skirt, I said look the only child here is mine (because of the time) and he being next to me all this time. Now if the problem is a ticket just go and print another one and put it on the damn skirt and leave the DRAMA, she began to shout and say all the bad words and lies that are in the world. I told her that, that was not good customer service, and How in the world she is the MANAGER and have no respect for others and the customer. She kept screaming like she was crazy, I just left cuz I was not going keep arguing with a crazy person like that. Will never go there. I mean I like the store but bad customer service specially from the MEAN MANAGER. Just tell one of the girls that work there, hey can you check the price for that skirt and put a price tag, but no she was screaming like crazy and the poor girl was like okay, like why are you screaming or acting like that. It is just a price tag. I have never in my live encounter myself with such a mean and horrible person like that MANAGER at RAINBOW STORE IN TREMONT NEXT TO VIM.

OK Rainbow owner or whatever, since you're selling bad quality clothes for more than $8 dollars at least make the employees act more professional, I had to hear a long conversation between the manager and the cashier, they were talking about the customers and other fellow employees, the manager seems to be very proud about her position and wants everyone to know who she's; "OKkKk we got it you're a manager at Rainbow now shut the f... up because we're trying to buy an outfit and couldn't care less about your gossiping mouth. That's embarrassing, grown a** females talking about others behind their backs, I'm so glad that I never applied to work there, I can't stand that toxicity around me.

I've been a customer since 2015 but for some reason or another now I have them following me around the store while I'm shopping (even the manager) would be better if they install security cameras or put a tall strong man at the entrance. I was trying to find a cardigan and one woman came around from nowhere, she was just looking at me like if I was stupid (awkward) Same thing when you're looking at the sunglasses (the manager looks desperate and nervous like waiting for you to steal something) I don't understand why they started following people if they already have a person sitting on a high chair looking the place. That behavior is just unprofessional and tacky.

I came to this store at around 3:30pm today, I was shocked it was empty, I grabbed what I needed and went to pay, and the cashier was organizing some clothes behind the register. I gave her a few minutes, I’m not an impatient person. She continued not even acknowledging that I was there. After a short while I said “Hi” and she looked up at me, and went back to whatever she was doing. I have worked in customer service for 7 years and I know that it is CUSTOMERS before TASKS. I was the only person there and I had one shirt it would have taken two minutes to ring me up. Instead I just walked out and took my business somewhere else. Check your employees!

I’ve shopped at this store since I was a child, primarily out of convenience. However, over the past 5-6 years, most of the staff have displayed a lack of customer service and overall rude behaviors. If you visually present as “Latino” you may receive a higher level of customer service than those who don’t which is really unfortunate considering the neighborhood is predominantly Black and Latino. Returns seem to always be an issue and the staff are inconsistent with who they check bags and carts for. I won’t be shopping here anymore; the clothing isn’t worth the store experience.

Im writing this review because I am VERY concerned with the treatment the workers get there. This lady apparently the manager screams at them all the time and is not respectful at all. She bosses them around and humiliates the workers. I went to the store twice in a week and I was in shock when I saw and heard her. Her behavior is horrendous and it’s very unpleasant to even go in the store because she’s always screaming. So unnecessary…

Rainbow shops es una tienda excelente en sus precios, el trato hacia sus clientes super bien cada ves que vengo de república Dominicana siempre compro en esta tienda, sus especiales que siempre ponen son muy buenos. Y a los supervisores que sigan así con su personal mando lo mejor de ellos y siempre van a tener un personal como lo han hecho hasta ahora con su servicios excelente...

Good prices but not a lot offered in this particular Rainbow store. The merchandise that they offer is packed in there that its very difficult to walk through the store and I'm only 5ft tall and weigh 120lbs. I'm basically Tiny. Dont shop here if you're bigger than I am as its really no room to walk.

The service is very good, the employees are always attentive when someone needs help, the clothes are very beautiful and the employees help me find outfits for any type of occasion at a great price ... I highly recommend it.

The prices are really cheap, price matches the quality of the clothes. Some items are a bit pricier and will last more than a few washes. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of the hostile environment.

The lady's at the store where very helpful. If u are in a rush and need something nice to wear I always recommend Rainbows. It's like a fashion nova but more affordable and on the spot.

Great prices they have a clearance sale right now. They carry plus sizes and you can exchange something if it doesn't fit as long as you have your receipt.

They rarely ever have more than one person at the register. They spend more time looking for thieves. They lack professionalism and customer service

The store was clean, but they kept watching a lady and security guard gestured for one of the store clerks to watch the woman. That is profiling

I've visited every rainbow in the Bronx. This is by far the biggest and has the most sales and variety of clothing. I love it here.
