If your looking for cheap and ratchet then this is the place for you. I attempted to return pants with the tag still in place and the original receipt and was told they do not give you your money back after 7 days. That to me says this retail chain doesn't stand behind the quality of their clothes otherwise they wouldn't have such a ridiculous return policy. If a customer only has seven days to return an item even with the tags still on the clothes and the receipt that to me means the management and distributors of this store know their clothes are cheap trash that won't last. Then I asked to speak to a manager and a hoodrat that couldn't even speak in grammatically correct sentences came with an attitude and incorrect verbiage. I'm done! They won't get a penny from me again.

Rainbow at cap plaza was more of a leftover insecticide smell filled room. The moment you walk in your hit with the smell of pesticide and quickly regret why you came in. The clothes are poor quality and a limited appeal decor that relates more to a "tent town vube" than fashion.Definite last time I'll venture there. Unless you like shabby Street decor than quality-explore on your own Ns luck in your wanderlust.

Visited this store recently and saw a jacket I wanted to try on. I looked for a dressing room, no dressing room. Looked for a mirror, no mirror. Found an employee who told me they don't have mirrors or a dressing room. I walked right out of the store. What's the point of having no mirrors in a clothes store? Is the quality of clothing that bad? Just seems weird to me.

Horrible customer service for online return. I needed the fax number to give to customer service due to my online order invoice would not scan. The person helping me gave me the incorrect number. The cashier acted like I was a burden when she is getting paid to help me. Very frustrating and disappointed

Other than the one worker that was in her own world shoving clothing racks around while three people are waiting to try stuff on, it's pretty good. Cheap, good clothing selection and usually helpful and friendly staff.
