I absolutely love shopping in this location. I was in there on Sunday April 24th. I needed the long yellow dress on the mannequin in the regular section at the front door. I asked the customer service rep at the counter if I could purchase that dress she told me no that she was not allow to undress the mannequin. I didn't understand because it was the last one and the size I needed. I understand rules need to be followed but how or why would you pass up a sale and it's the last one. This is unheard of. I decided not to purchase anything as that really bothered me. I don't think I will be back.

I've never felt so low and profile like today ,this white lady in rainbow is very race's and I'm gonna file a lawsuit against this store first off she locked me in the store talking store policy. Then technically called me a theft and refused to sell me like what the he ll. This was all because I told her I give her employee a bag with my stuff she refused to look for it or check on the camera...I've never seen nothing like this ever ..

Was searching for a lingerie item. They were out of stock for the size I was seeking. They mainly had C-DD and not the correct band size for what I needed at that time. Other than that, they have a great selection of jewelry, accessories, clothing, shoes, and items for plus sized women and children at a variety of the stores I have been at.

Please do not shop here we went into the store and a manager said I know this Bitxx did not just put the clothes there when is it ok to talk to customer like that so here we go Rainbow social medial is where you going to end up and talk to about negatively until we take action about this manager

The worst place ever. They do not like kids at this location. Very rude workers on the day of 3/10/20--- They can just put up a sign at the door of no kids allowed. Or put everything off display because they did not let anyone touch anything. Might as well be a museum.

The time is now 8:11pm. The sign says they close at 9 no notice to customers. Two women were in the store and didn't bother to acknowledge they were closed temporarily, or early for the night for whatever reason they just locked the store up earlier.

Excellent women's clothing prices and a large inventory for the store size. It's packed full of neat, low-priced accessories (sunglasses, sandals) as well. The styles are much more modern and trendy than I'd expect for the prices. I don't

I can today rainbow shop they change there stores hour and 10:24 am and the paper on the front of the store say 10am I went in and the lady told me the store is close I check now they are outside smoking a cigarette

Yay place has gone down since the new staff came. No one smiles and the clothes are not as good. I'm not feeling it anymore. I liked the other staff better. They knew how to match clothes, at least.

Clothes for adults are worth to visit . Kids dungrees are in so pathetic condition. just got one attender and it wasnt easy to pick thier clothes from height with out thier help and we dont get them

The manager on duty the day we came was trying to get me to catch a case. So unprofessional and ghetto, no she was not black... smh. I NEVER SPENT ANOTHER DIME IN THEIR SINCE...

My woman needed clothes for a new office job. Walmart was OK but Rainbow Rainbow got the dress code done 5 days for $100 you can't beat it. Get in

It currently 8:20 I came by to do some shopping and the door was lock once the teenager in store saw me all they did was turn off the lights

Poor quality, some clothes had holes in it, the workers was laughing instead of helping you also they they didn't have much variety.

Online you see all this cute stuff then you get in the store and there's a whole lot of nothing. I was kind of disappointed ☹️

Very inconvenient because they don't have fittings rooms and rude workers . Cheap cloths if you are in a budget.

They did not have plus size blazers but missy did. Not cool. Have a variety for plus size as you do for missy
