I don’t want to be dealing with the Post office anymore!! Is the frustration coming out of probably every third person who walks out of any Post Office. We definitely deserve better treatment and service from a body so well spread and established. This was my third unsuccessful visit to Rajarajeshwari Nagar PO, Bangalore, just to be able to withdraw a Fixed Deposit that has matured and I’m stuck in the inefficient loop of processes here. The systems are always down and the answer I get is ‘You will get your money when the server is up’. Feels like a never ending queue of frustrated, mostly senior citizens, waiting for an answer from the ever irritated representatives. In the age where we are contributing to a better technology experience for the world, we have to deal with the stereotype behavior of the Government offices.

HORRIBLE post office. Senior citizens are made to stand in queue for hours. One 80+ old sir was there who couldn't even stand and no one was there helping him. I'm writing this review on behalf of all the senior citizens who had complaints but kept their mouth shut. This is not my first bad experience here. Same pathetic attitude always. And when you enquire, they try to ignore/shun you. Took one full hour to stand in queue and withdraw cash. I don't see how this is acceptable. Go to Pattanagere post office instead. People are much better there. I request the staff here, to go to other post offices and learn how to handle people . The staff here need to overcome this laziness and ungrateful attitude, otherwise this post office is useless to society.

It is a small post office. Due to more visitors the waiting period is longer at times but the token system helps a lot. I rate the staff and service excellent as I can see them doing their best within the available facility. During one of my visit the server was down and they took my phone number to call me later to update which was done promptly and my appreciation to the staff (I think it is Ms Shruthi) for doing so. I am very happy with this post office and have transferred my PO / PPF accounts to this PO.

It's good to see our good old post office still running around in our midst. This RR Nagar post office is the lifeline of common people who can't afford expensive couriers for delivery. Their Speed Post service still charges only a fraction of what courier agencies levy on you. And I know that quite a few courier franchises in RR Nagar rely on govt post office here for delivering their own parcels at lesser costs for which they charged more from clients! The service here is also not bad.

The staff here have no idea about the working of the Post Office. The senior most staff one Sujatha does'nt know how to communicate in English. Isn't a central government employee supposed to know the basic language?She told me to learn Kannada. The only staff who knows the working of the post offfice is Mr Huchappa. He is conversant in English, Hindi and Kannada. Very efficient employee and punctual. He should head the post office.I would give 5 stars only for him.

The location now is a lot better than earlier location. India Post has been consistently offering good service at reasonable price. Postal Service at this office is mostly good, however, banking services are very slow. Customers are made to wait for hours in the queue. India Post should consider improving on the infrastructure (office infrastructure like seating) since a good number of customers are senior citizens.

No intimations and no timely response during delivery. The phone lines are busy during work hours. If you do get a chance to 'catch up' with someone you will be always lucky enough to be conversing with an impolite person who seems to be unaware of the boundaries of verbal niceties.

I reckon, they exist just because they are supposed to exist. Very poor communication skills by the employees. English is still an alien language to them. I wonder if they really do know how to log/read the address, which mostly is written in English. God, ...save them!

Useless and rude behaviour of staff. They r not accepting parcel in working hours also. Just simply sitting and getting money for doing nothing. In this covid situation we try to stay safe at home for important work we use to go there but still they r misbehaving.

Send speed post from this place. Cost speed post 41rs. You will get tracking and acknowledgement slip. Two staff are available. Better to go before 3 for posting, after 3 they will not collect any post letter.

Cash is not available most of the day and call us after three to four hours. ATM card is not available for the last three months. Authorities may initiate action on availability of ATM cards. Regards.

Staff is Polite and helpful. But it seems there is always a problem with systems due to which some post office account related activities cannot be performed most of the times.

This is more a waiting room than a post office. No comments on the staff since I haven't had the chance to meet any of them even after two hours of standing in the queue.

Its a good post office with good service. But the branch name is not correct. It's actual name is Pattanagere Sub post office / Pattanagere nondelivery post office

Today is holiday,but google says it’s open.These are sensitive as some people may adhere to google.It’s imperative for post office,to follow in times like COVID-19

Very bad behavior. Dot receives calls 90% time. If mistakenly receive also, they don't bother to talk. Simple reply that don't understand English or Hindi.

Such a waste of time always. For depositing a small amount of money we have to waste atleast 2 hours here. Most of the time there is network problem.

This is a Sub Post office though You can post everything without any difficulties , Less crowdy, For Fast Job, Good behaviour of the Working people..

Kind and courteous staff. They lack awareness sometimes and Digital enablement, but otherwise they do their best in disbursing the services on offer.

Compared to other P.O's, this one provides swift and good service. Courteous and responsive staff. The shorter lines in the P.O tell the story.

I had a good exp here, I went there to open an account for my daughter and they were helpful in taking me through the process and paperworks.

They shut down the post office at 2:30.. only for common people. Not for everyone. V worst experience.
