I have been trying to get my quashing petition heard in Jaipur High Court. Sadly the lawyers that got associated with me first submitted a wrong defence and so amendment for the already filed quashing petition was submitted just 2 weeks back by the fifth lawyer that was hired by me. Sadly yesterday was my hearing and my lawyer didn’t even make an appearance on my behalf and didn’t even inform me. There was some strike I am told. But when lawyers don’t inform client in important hearings how unprofessional is that ? I am so disappointed as I have complained to bar council of india about grievance related to this activity. The FIR against me was filed in BUNDI in 2019 and the local lawyer in BUNDI doesn’t give updates too. I have requested him on email but nothing. I am waiting for action to be taken by bar council of India. I am posting this publicly as if this is happening to a public person like me then what must be the state of common citizens who are not educated and get lawyers without any reference. All these lawyers have come to me via referral yet I am facing so much trouble. Yesterday I heard there was a strike in Jaipur High Court by lawyers. But these lawyers forget that client suffers due to them participating in such strikes. When client gets dates after 3 years, not respecting the client’s interests is so unethical.

जोधपुर-!- राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट की स्थापना 29 अगस्त 1949 को जोधपुर में तत्कालीन राजप्रमुख सवाई मानसिंह ने समारोहपूर्वक की थी। तब राजप्रमुख ने 52 कचहरी स्थित चीफ कोर्ट भवन में स्थापित राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट के प्रथम मुख्य न्यायाधीश के रूप में इलाहाबाद के न्यायाधीश कमलकांत वर्मा के साथ रा'य की प्रमुख रियासतों से चयनित 11 जजों को शपथ दिलाई थी। पंद्रह अगस्त 1947 को देश आजाद होने के बावजूद 20 रियासतों के राजपुताना और ब्रिटिश राज सहित मत्स्य रा'य को एक करने के प्रयास किए जा रहे थे। तब सरदार पटेल के प्रयासों से 30 मार्च 1949 को राजस्थान रा'य की स्थापना हुई, लेकिन मत्स्य रा'य 15 मई 1949 को ही शामिल हुए। तब जयपुर को राजनीतिक राजधानी तथा जोधपुर को न्यायिक राजधानी बनाने की घोषणा की गई। उदयपुर के महाराणा को महाराज प्रमुख तथा जयपुर के राजा सवाई मानसिंह को राजप्रमुख घोषित किया गया। राजप्रमुख सवाई मानसिंह ने 29 अगस्त 1949 को जोधपुर में राजस्थान हाईकोर्ट की प्रिंसिपल बेंच का उद्घाटन किया और इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के जज कमलकांत वर्मा को मुख्य न्यायाधीश की शपथ दिलाई गई जबकि अन्य रियासतों को प्रतिनिधित्व देते हुए जोधपुर के नवल किशोर व अमरसिंह जसोल, जयपुर के केएल बाफना व इब्राहिम,उदयपुर के जेएस राणावत और सार्दुलसिंह मेहता, बूंदी के डीएस दवे, बीकानेर के त्रिलोक दत्त, अलवर के आनंद नारायण कौल, भरतपुर के केके शर्मा और कोटा के खेमचंद गुप्ता को हाईकोर्ट जज की शपथ दिलाई गई।

The abolition of the Rajasthan High Court Bench at Jaipur caused a huge dissatisfaction among the large section of people in Eastern Rajasthan, specially in the city of Jaipur. Different Bar Associations and other organisations demanded to have a permanent bench of the High Court at Jaipur. This demand came to be satisfied under “the High Court of Rajasthan (Establishment of a Permanent Bench at Jaipur) Order, 1976”. On December 8, 1976, the President of India exercising powers conferred by sub-section(2) of Section 51 of the States Reorganisation Act, 1956, after having consultation with Governor of Rajasthan and the Chief Justice of High Court of Rajasthan, made the order aforesaid establishing a permanent bench of the High Court at Jaipur. The bench is having jurisdiction in respect of the cases arising in the districts of Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dhaulpur, Kota, Bundi, Jhalawar, Baran, Jaipur, Jhunjhnun, Sawaimadhopur, Karauli, Sikar, Tonk and Dausa. Under the order of 1976, a discretion is also given to the Chief Justice to order that any case or class of cases arising in any district within the jurisdiction of Jaipur Bench shall be heard at Jodhpur.

A cluster of Princely States with an oasis known as Ajmer-Merwara, a British India Territory, was given geographical expression as Rajputana. By the way, this High Court is quite big, so there are small roads to go from here to there. And there are also gardens around that building and it looks very beautiful. This court was inaugurated in 2019 and it is full of high court technology, to go to this High Court, one has to undergo strict security.

My experience is not good at all as no one cares about the innocents, the working is very slow even during covid 19 they are not seeing the cases of urgent listing seriously just giving dates only .
