I'm shocked at the negative reviews of the pharmacy! In my experiences over the years, the staff has been nothing but EXTREMELY helpful, courteous and professional - and I've obviously dealt with many pharmacists as well as technicians -

It is very hard to get help for refill medicine. I called more than a week in advance and more than one times. The representatives told me that they will contact my doctor to get refill, but a week passed, they actually have not done so.

There is virtually no way to contact a human being at Ralph's Pharmacy by phone. The line rings and rings, and no human being answers. I recently waited 20 minutes before giving up, but I've had the same experience other times.

High end Ralph's that gives sushi samples and there is even a soft serve bar. They also have a Starbucks inside. It's huge. Don't forget to validate your parking ticket or else you'll be paying an arm and a leg!
