A big thanks is sent to Lisa Birt for the incredible amount of time spent with me reviewing line by line both our home and auto coverage to ensure that we had what we needed. Reviewing coverage is a scary thing, yet this company and staff like Lisa Birt ensured that we truly obtained what we needed; never tried to up-sell and made sure that we received all possible discounts. We remain so impressed!! 5 March 2021: A year later and I remain so impressed with the level of service provided by Ramon Octavious and staff. I reached out with a question and received so much support; such an incredible company! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the staff. In the recent couple of months, I have experienced unfortunate events and have found comfort and support through this truly remarkable company. From the calming voice of the receptionist who greets your call to the attentiveness and care of Ramon, I highly recommend Ramon's company to all; this is what insurance coverage is really about!! Horrible. Do not ever think them your agent. When I was introduced this guy from Civic Honda, he was active to include me as his client. Even I was staying in Ottawa downtown and he lives in Nepean, he tried to reach me and told me his service is he best. After 1 year, I realized that it is not at all. The auto insistence costs me 100$ more than my current one and I payed more than $2000 for this coverage. When I tried to add my wife as a driver they did not response well and it was always impossible to reach Ramon. He was always not responding rather his assistant maybe? Verna respond with poor English that I cannot understand. When I tried to argue their poor service and cancel program, even Veena hung up the phone and threatened me with cancelation fee that is not applicable at all! Later, I could talk to Ramon but he was defending his assistant not client. I had to notify them with phone and email to cancel my auto policy and there was no cancelation fee at all, indicating that these guys tried to fool me. Do not deal with this agent at all. They will deceive you so much.

Ramon and Veena have been amazing to our family with all our insurance needs. They make you feel at home and we have been with them for over 10 years. They have very strong Christian values and that really made us bond with them even more. They are invested in your needs and care about you and your family. I would recommend them to anyone and have sent a friend who was looking for insurance to them. I can’t imagine how anyone would have negative things to say about their office and team. They are two lovely amazing people who take care of your needs and are very knowledgeable

I was having issues getting insurance due to some previous complications and came into Octavious State farm insurance agency and was able to start the process with no issues. Sugee helped me with a kind and engaging manner and within a few hours was able to get a very reasonable quote. Sugee not only helped me proffesionally but engaged in my personal life and made me feel very comfortable in their office. From consistent and responsive service to friendly and efficient manner this agency has earned high praise in my book. I have been using them for over 7 years now first in rental insurance and now recently in car insurance. Claims have been processed quickly in the past and we were appreciative to hear from them with all the various information needed for filling out car insurance applications. Could use a bit more one on one time but honestly completely understandable considering the pandemic and the accelerated timescales we all have to cope with.

This office provides the best support. Their response times are prompt. I have been with them for years and anytime I have needed them for a number of products/services that I have with them, they have always been on the ball and on point. I really do appreciate all their hard work. A simple email gets you a quick response back. You don’t have to call in and go through a series of prompts to speak to someone. I’m having a hard time believing those negative comments. I’ve been a client of Ramon’s for a few years now and they are always amazing! Ramon and his wife Veena treat me like family whenever I come to their office. Their team is amazing, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my hectic schedule. I have been with Octavious Insurance Agency for a number of years now. Through a number of cars, including my newest just purchased, they have always provided me with the rates and coverage I needed. For my most recent, Sumaira was particularly helpful in going over some of the changes in the plan related to vehicle replacement if required. Additionally the turnaround time for changes and updates is extremely fast and always handled pleasantly.

I had my tenant insurance handled by Veena for the last few years. I called in to ask for the house insurance and they quoted me way too much price as i stepped back but they started calling me again and again to sell me the policy. I asked them not to call again and they started shouting and fighting with me for no reason. These guys are not professional and my recommendation would be to stay away from them .
