"My husband just pent 5 days in North Shore Private Hospital the first day in ICU, no complaints there, good nursing and careing unit, but once in his room in the ward - he was making his won bed! - not offered a shower until I went to the nurses station and asked that he be given a shower and for some one to make his bed after 2 days of laying in it - not good - so many different agency nurses that no one knew what he was in for, nor did they try to familiarise them selves as to what operation he had had - he required pureed food, he was given sandwiches for evening meal - not good and the standard of nursing was nothing in compared with the RNSH (public) ward - sure he had his own room as against a 4 bed ward, but give me the RNSH sharing a ward any time"
"Complete rip-off! When you buy from this pharmacy you pay 3-4 times what you would pay at Cincotta chemist or chemists warehouse"
"I was fortunate enough to come across this place for my 3rd vaccine (booster shot) and cannot thank enough to the staff who were very patient, friendly and organised"
"Had a COVID vaccination here yesterday"
"Horrible service - called the day before to reserve my medication"

Complete rip-off! When you buy from this pharmacy you pay 3-4 times what you would pay at Cincotta chemist or chemists warehouse. The RNSH provided medicines from this pharmacy without even asking us if we wanted to buy from this shop. Following is the comparison (in the bracket are chemists warehouse/cincota chemist prices) 1) Prodeine Forte 500 mg, 30 tabs = $17.50 (cincotta chem $ 6.30) 2) Dexmethasone 4 mg, 10 tabs = $16.65 (chem warehouse $ 5.30) 3)Amoxycillin sandoz 500 mg = $20.50 (Chem warehouse $ 5.30). How can you justify these prices. I am going to complain with NSW Fair-trading
I was fortunate enough to come across this place for my 3rd vaccine (booster shot) and cannot thank enough to the staff who were very patient, friendly and organised. The only waiting time was when I filled the form myself. Special thanks to Natalie who performed very professional and made it very smooth experience. She then went above and beyond to make sure I'm ok up to 30 minutes post jab. I've already recommended few local friends. I'd give 6 star if that was possible. Top staff, top service!
Had a COVID vaccination here yesterday. It was quite busy, with vaccinations and routine hospital requests. The staff members were attentive, pleasant and flexible (they accommodated a change from schedule Pfizer jab the previous day to Moderna the following day). I didn't feel the injection. Excellent service.
Horrible service - called the day before to reserve my medication. Staff were slow to serve and get me the correct medication in time for my hospital procedure and ran late as a result despite my being on time. Improvement definitely required. Unhappy.
Pharmacist G.R. was an invaluable resource to both my GP and I over the past fortnight. Her knowledge (& empathy) contrasts greatly with the half a dozen or so experiences I had in my Failed attempt to avoid an inconvenient trip. Many thanks
Thank you to Ramsey Pharmsey. North Shore Private Had an issue with a script unavailable elsewhere They went out their way to help me..
Expensive. Bought medicine for $15. Bought the refills from another chemistry for $3.90. exactly the same medicine and same brand.
Appalling customer service. There are way better pharmacies around who are way more trusting!
