Remarkably, it was on time. Vaccination was done so quickly I never felt it and had to check for blood drop to be sure a needle went in so service is good. My concern is the lack of awareness on potential cross infections between patients and as well staff - we've learnt from covid our medical centres and aged care facilities need to do more to ensure no cross infections take place. Using continuous blue light in the waiting rooms along with air purifiers would help in the absence of masks - better with masks and this should at least be strongly recommended for common sense prevention. On the vaccine front it makes no sense to have people unmasked sitting on the same chair in a tightly enclosed room without adequate ventilation - some people attending will be especially vulnerable. I recommend rotating the chair between people, putting an air purifier and at least having N95 masks being worn in such enclosed spaces.

I was disappointed with this consultation with Dr Victor Huang. I went in due to an injury to the nail and nail bed/groove of my big toe. Due to the nature and location I was worried about infection. I feel the doctor could have put more effort into recommending some treatments. He had a serene confidence there was nothing I could do. This came across as arrogant, indifferent, and dismissive. I walked out of there $110 poorer with no treatment plan, care tips, or reassurance. The reception couldn’t even get their Medicare rebate to work and they told me they would rebate another way - still have not received this. One week later and my toe is infected, despite excellent wound care (which the doctor did not even recommend, even when asked/prompted). I very rarely leave Google Reviews and this is my first negative one. The only reason it is 2 stars instead of 1 is the wait time wasn’t too long.

Randwick Doctors Medical Centre is our family’s go to place for all our health issues. I like that they have everything in one place - you can have your doctors appointment and then just go to the next room where they take your blood for further testing. Special shout out to dr. Ricketts for being great at what she does. The centers physiotherapist gets you back in shape in no time and the lovely nurse who is literally like a ninja when it comes to vaccinating your kids is super efficient (they don’t even know when the needle hits them and it is super fast and gentle at the same time). Our experience at this place has been top notch so I would definitely recommend coming here.

Highly recommend! I was a bit apprehensive about visiting a new GP, but with an urgent need, I booked an appointment online for today. Meeting Dr. Taylor was truly comforting. Her care and empathetic approach during our appointment were remarkable, and I'm sincerely grateful for her help. The entire team, from the friendly receptionists to the nurse, was incredibly supportive before and after the appointment. The clinic's environment played a significant role in aiding both my physical and mental recovery. Despite having another GP, I'm strongly inclined to make Dr. Taylor my primary care GP due to her dependability.

The most welcoming medical facility I have been to in Australia. Extremely switched on, experienced and the most empathising Doctor's a person could wish for.. I am thoroughly grateful for how they are so accomodating of your needs and no task is too big or too small .. very friendly approach from all in the profession. May I add that the Dr's that i have seen here possess high intellect & an abundance of knowledge in their field of work. ☆5+

Doctors are great here! Reception staff the opposite , been going for a while now and it seems to be getting trickier to correspond without feeling like you’re bother someone of staff. Not to mention , they told me I’d have to claim myself with Medicare , which when I did , Medicare told me that the doctor I got sent to isn’t registered for Medicare claims and I won’t get any money back. If only there was an option for 0 stars

It was easy to book my appointment online. I booked an appointment for Covid booster vaccination. Reception staff were friendly and courteous. The injection nurse was punctual and very skilled and experienced. I didn't even feel the needle and it was finished before i knew it! Her relaxed and friendly demeanour is perfect for giving injections to children and those who are fearful of needles. All in all, a very good visit.

My son and I tried this practice as it was one of the only few open on a Sunday. We booked with a fantastic doctor, Dr McAlister and he was so thorough and knowledgeable. He seems to genuinely care about his patients and explains all the issues so thoughtfully. He was fantastic with my 6 year old and I’ll definitely be going back to this medical practice in the future. The staff were all so professional and friendly.

Always a positive experience, Dr Linda Crighton is a lovely Doctor and always makes you feel at ease. She is a great listener and always explains everything in a very easy to understand way! Minimal waiting times, good availability and has followed up (even when results are normal) which I really appreciate. Truely caring lady! Girls on reception are also friendly. Highly recommend practice.

Linda is a fantastic GP. I went to visit her over a year ago with a general health concern and I'm still thinking about how great her approach was during our appointment. She is very knowledgeable and empathetic. The appointment did not feel rushed at all (as is sometimes the case with busy GPs) and I really felt like she took the time to listen to my concerns and address them appropriately.

Highly recommend Randwick Doctors. They are very organised, never a long waiting time. Receptionists are very friendly too. Dr. Andrew is very caring, kind and knowledgeable and has been great with my kids too. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough! It’s also very easy to book online through the hot docs app. Also Dr. Zarin is very friendly and knowledgeable and great with newborn check-ups.

Went to get my daughter’s 4 year immunisation and shots for an upcoming overseas trip..the Doctor couldn’t be bothered looking up what immunisation my daughter needed for an Indonesian holiday. Instead Doctor said she’d text me the details so I need to come back and pay another $75 and put my 4 year old through the stress of getting needles another day. My first and last visit.

First appointment with the practice and it went really well. Reception staff were friendly and efficient, and Dr McAlister was excellent - empathetic, good communicator, and seemed really switched on. There was a fee to pay at the end, but they processed and refunded the Medicare rebate on the spot which was also great. Highly recommend the practice, I'll definitely be back!

Dr Hyde is a doctors’ doctor. She is a most competent diagnostician and a common sense physician. Me and my family have been in her care for years and we resort to her opinion and advice, even when traveling overseas. She is friendly and approachable, an old style doctor, with abundant experience and expertise, who genuinely cares about her patients and their wellbeing.

Sam Antonas is my go to physio for any sort of sport injury, aching joint or seized up muscle. He is very knowledgable, gives great advice and with is treatment and exercise plan I normally only have to see him once for an issue, which proves his skill and experience. Apart from that he's a great guy and nice to chat to during treatment.

Dr Samaa Daim was excellent. Working in the medical profession myself, I know how hard it is to find a great GP. Personable, relaxed, attentive, comprehensive and genuinely cares. Can't say enough, would highly recommend! GPs like that make all the difference, especially for the little things.

Dr Joseph was excellent. We were travelling to Sydney when our family got sick. It was hard to get GP but we were looked after considering that our regular GP is 800kms away. We were given appointment on priority and Dr Joseph was very good with kids and did thorough diagnoses.

Moved here from another GP where I wasn't being taken care of very well, and the service is outstanding. Everything is followed up, efficient, on time, and really thorough. I feel properly looked after, Joan Ricketts has been amazing - highly recommend
