Till today I had no complaints from ratnadeep but a second incident had changed it they have shown 7 to 11 timings here and the store was already getting closed at 10:55 which wasnt usual? I just needed a small Duracell n they were like sir the counter is closed n giving all lame excuses where as front of me a guy got a billing done n leaft I must say they have spreaded around the city but the owner or main authority must have n eye on such small points such a renowned brand having rude n careless staff would get their ages old goodwill to the roads ! Ratnadeep is going too bad ! Vijjjetha has how ever opened beside ! No need of such stores now which have I'll mannered staff and careless owners!

Very good place to buy stuff. You can get almost everything there. Nicely clean and tidy place. Sorted out pretty excellently. Even the staff is very friendly and helpful and humble. You can buy stationary and stuff here. Toys plastic household groceries confectionery and nearly all daily need products. Most importantly the location is prime and is very much accessible. They have a decent open parking space available. Guards are present at all times so no worries of theft or anything. All in all, very good.

Sindhi colony staff are useless staff. They enter wrong weight. Insert non bought products in bill. Display price and buying price are different. Customer losses lot of time in dealing with useless staff. They are cheaters I use it least possible. Manager say only sorry and repeat the mistakes again and again. I fear to go there but it is very near by my house so when things are urgent I had to go there. I have seen other reviews maximum are fake.

Very good place to shop. I buy jaggery from it regularly as I liked it too much it is very good also it is really made by natural process ( dark coloured jaggery) similar to one which we get in Rajasthan or Gujarat. Very good quality and it enjoy having it. All items are good. They can try to maintain the availability of all the items regularly. As I find few out of stock few times. Good discount and helpful staff. Easy billing and also fast.

Very poor in service and delivery. Always problem with either billing or delivery. Inexperienced staff, always try to rob money from customers and when ask there is no good response.... Takes too long solve the issues. All the billed products may not come home... Missing items and no proper response from people in supermarket. Not once but repeatedly same issue. Really very bad. Frankly speaking it's more than worst.

If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. They never have stock, the staff is rude. I am glad there are new supermarket stores coming up. Only because they didn't have competition they were doing well. They have 1or 2 counters open even when there are so many customers waiting. Staff is rude and never help. So disappointing. If your customers are not satisfied, you will not last long in this market.

It's a huge place. Almost all grocery items will be available here. Nicely categorised into sections and well maintained bay between them. Place is clean and hygenic. Checkout counter is brisk which is very important for me because I usually have less than 10 items to pick up. Overall, a good place, reasonable rates plus they offer home delivery as well. They are spread all over Hyderabad.

Good quality products with reasonable price. They have lots of varieties to give you. Chocolate, drinks, cheese, bread, toothbrush, kitchen products, wet towel, bathroom products, candles, vegetables, fruits. Same day delivery is Also available. It opens around 7.00 AM and shuts around 11.00 PM. Good service. Must visit if you are looking for a big quantity with good price.

The staff has no knowledge about the products. U ask them for any help n they laugh and say we dont know. Why do u hire people who are soo illiterate? Everytime I visit ratnadeep I had a bad experience. Also ur dunzo list is never updated. Newly opened Vijeta super market is way more professional and updated. Bad experience with ratnadeep being such an old brand

Well maintained but price are little on higher side then normal Mkt 1) item name must put in Hindi also being our national language is Hindi PG. ROAD mainly people are staying Gujarati Marwadi n sindhi. Atleast staff must know the Hindi. I appreciate the cleaness n maintenance 2) pav Ladi size is big n sweet in test please see the Pune n mumbai pav size n test.

I have no complaints about this supermarket. I liked the service and quality of the products I've bought. The prices will be balenced pretty much.The place has parking space(it can hold a total of 3 cars at a time). Usually the place will be crowded a little bit. The perfect time to visit this place is in the afternoon.

Another outlet of Ratnadeep chain super market with more spacious and 3 storied outlet with all varieties of brands and very neatly maintained and hygienic place. It has different categories of products on different floors. Ample parking space for all vehicles. It's very easily noticeable in the heavy traffic also.

This Supermarket has ground plus 2 floors.All items are neatly arranged according to the categories.The staff members are always ready to help you with a smile.you get all groceries, toiletries, vegetables fresh n neatly packed, fruits,bakeryitems,dairyitem ,confectionery,dryfruits ,stationary etc etc etc .

It's common.But the best part is you can find all countries Ramyeon(noodles) here in affordable prices . The offers are always attractive. Service is self-serving .Which is annoying at times when you don't get what you wanted. You can also find facial masks as asian.and many more.Has a parking area.

Easily accessible from the main road Sindhi colony. Well maintained environment. Some times they offer discounts on products. Staff is supportive. Parking lot for two wheeler is good enough. Presentation of items is good. Vegetable section looks fresh. Vide variety of dry fruits are available.

The store in itself is amazing. You will find pretty much all the basic needs covered. Even things you usually can't spot in other stores are easily accessible here. But the staff here doesn't really get along well with customers. That's a little disappointing.

Oldest store of Ratnadeep chain stores. Wide range of products available here. Offers a bit low when compared to competetor chain stores. Two wheeler parking better but 4 wheeler challenging. Friendly staff and many varieties makes this place must visiting

Well organized. Beware of double billing of items at the till. Check your bill thoroughly. There have been multiple instances where I was charged double for an item and the authorities didn't pay much attention to the issue.

Be careful when getting billed, while you pick items, the label sliders read discounts available. If ignorant, you'll end up paying MRP and later the staff would inform the label slider was placed incorrectly.

You can get vareity of groceries and much more at this place. It probably has more than 1000 vareity of products at the store. It also has parking space It has quick snack stall in front of the store

Ratnadeep Super market Sindhi colony outlet is conveniently located for customers in and around the colony. It has two floors and 4 checkout counters. There is a lift to move between the floors.

Staff need to be SILENT in work places, they keep on chit chatting specially female staff. I noticed this in all Ratnadeep stores because I buy from the nearest Ratnadeep wherever I go.

I like the place because you get everything you want at one place. But climbing stairs or taking the lift, because the whole supermarket is into 3 floors, is tiring.

Love it in the mornings. The Bhajans and the fm in the mornings make me feel great. With the Morning Ganesh Prarthana I feel viaiting a temple. Such positive vibes.

It has mostly every type of grocery needed....properly cleaned and hygienic packing. It might be pricy sometime but justifies its quality.
