Off the main streets and unlikely to attract many visitors to Helsinki, but that's ok -- the neighbors keep it plenty busy. The menu emphasizes Finnish ingredients and the kitchen sends out dishes of outstanding quality. Superb wines, superb service, and a welcome approach to sensible prices in an otherwise extremely expensive town. I had a late lunch here and returned for supper. I don't think I have ever done that before. Kudos, KuuKuu!

Ihana kabinetti jossa sai rauhassa olla ystävien kesken. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja rentoa, tarjoilijat ja henkilökunta oli mukavaa. Ruoka oli loistavaa, seurueelle löytyi kaikille jotakin. Blinit olivat herkullisia. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Wow ! Very good dining experience! A very nice restaurant in a very comfortable atmosphere. The choice of menus is just right - there happened to be 4 menus on the card , a seasonal among them. We happened to be 3 , so everyone had a different one. All of them, just delicious! The pricing remains on a normal level for Finland for this type of restaurants. I just can recommend to go there !

4.5 stars. Had a nice meal here. Tried the fish soup and reindeer. Lovely meal and attentive service. We didn't book and we're the last ones to get a table (at 6pm on a Saturday. Well presented restaurant not far from the rock church. €60 with a salad but no alcohol.

Excellent experience, worth the price. I got shrimp sandwich as a starter and salmon soup as a main course, was hearty and delicious. Super friendly service as well. Locals go there for Saturday branches, so it’s not an overpriced tourist trap.
