Lack of respect and lack of medical attention I wish I could give this zero stars. I have visited this medical centre for my wife and daughter, we have selected to be attended by the female old lady doctor, the doctor didn't give full attention to our daughter, we have asked the doctor to check my daughter growth by the designated growth chart, the doctor said to us : 'you are wasting my time', this is really very strange and we were not expecting that from a doctor!!!, this is showing very clearly that the doctor has no respect to her patients, the doctor didn't offer any further checkup or tests for my daughter, the doctor didn't even offer to measure the weight and height of my daughter. Beside that, the female receptionist was rude, not friendly and she didn't bother her self to smile for customers. It was really a very bad experience for me and for my family. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO VISIT THIS CENTRE.

I would never ever step into this medical centre to see Dr Abdel-Megeed again. He is so disorganised and can’t manage time. He doesn’t take appointments and makes the patients wait there for so long. I had to wait for 90 minutes there to see him, but when I got into his office, he took a call from another patient, chatted for almost half the time I was there and wrote him a prescription even before he would finish mine. I was talking to him and he suddenly decided to go and get someone vaccinated just in the middle of my appointment. You may visit this doctor only if you have some time to waste.

We were 15 min late , which is fair why we had to wait. When when the doctor to came call my mother in she was in the bathroom and I told him she will be out any second, he went ahead and called someone else (she was literally out when he called someone else, mind you didn’t wait a second). So we just left, then the receptionist called me 5 minutes after we left and started going off at me. She is miserable I recommend firing her if you want your business to thrive.

Dr obied is one of the best doctors we,ve come across,my mother was suffering from ibs and no doctor was able to find the right diagnosis and he managed to find it, my mother couldn't even eat anything cuz of the pain, because of him my mother and my family's health has gone better, so I thank Dr obied very much , God bless him.

16 years visiting the same practice. Always my first choice. Empathy, knowledge, excellent communication skills and care especially with young ones. Wait times a testament to the popularity of the general practitioners. Office staff professional, pathology on site.

Worst experience ever. The lady in the reception is very rude and don’t even know how to deal with the patients. No smile on face, no greeting and very unprofessional. Highly recommend more professional and organised staff to improve the patient’s experience.

Very bad experience, very rude and impolite receptionist (the younger) she was very arrogant and impolite. The blood collector thinks she is a professor of clinical medicine at UNSW. Will never go there again and will never recommend it for anyone.

Very disappointing. Told I am the second, waited for an hour and asked what’s happening and knew the doctor has gone in break after checking the first patient! Very irresponsible customer service and negligent doctor. They don’t value our time.

Worst experience ever… Waiting time is more than 2 hours…. Not good experience not with the receptionist and the doctor too. They just waste other people time by making them wait for a long hours…. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.

Worst Experience Ever in this clinic… Receptionist are so rude. Told me to wait 30 min…. but after 1 hour and 30 min still waiting and waiting. I recommend not to visit this place only if you want to waste your time

Doctors are very helpful and understanding. Yes, there is a long wait but the service from the staff there make it all worthwhile. I travel far to take my children to the doctors here and will keep doing so!

I'm hoping not to have to visit this place ever again. After waiting for eternity, I was told to see the doctor in awaiting room. Doctor din come for ages as he went to see another patient in another room.

Never ever go to the medical centre/ pharmacy. They are disgraceful and very disrespectful. should be shut down!! They are better selling hair product to grow hair for old men than treating their patients.

Long time waiting, more than 3 hours for a medical assistant, it should be by appointment for do not waste time waiting, I am 100% sure they attended people who arrive after us.

I generally take appointment and visit the doctor. Never had to wait. Dr shreyas Prabhala is been our family doctor for some time now. Very attentive and knowledgeable doctor.

Visited yesterday for the first time. I found the staff and the doctor I saw helpful, empathetic. The whole process was quick and helpful.
