A horrible experience at the end of my rental agreement. Ashleigh Biviano in particular was extremely rude and lied about the carpets not being steam cleaned. We paid $940 all up for professional gardening, full house clean and carpet steam clean and all invoices for our end of lease bond was provided. She took $275 out of our bond even though we proved that we paid for it to be steam cleaned with an invoice. Ashleigh then proceeded to request us to get our money back from the steam cleaner which is just wrong. We should be reimbursed for her mistake and poor communication prior to her assuming that we didn’t fulfil the end of rental agreement. A simple call should have been made before making such ridiculous claims, taking it out of our bond and charging us for something we already paid for… twice. Money aside, it’s the principle, and the way we were treated was completely unprofessional and am now having to take legal action to resolve the matter. Disappointing that 1 person has left a terrible reputation for Ray White after having nothing but good to say about the other girls that we spoke to during our 1 year agreement.

Incredible team and excellent efficiency! We decided to use Ray White Croydon as our property agent to rent our first property and the entire process was so smooth and easy! You know how it felt to be a kid waiting all night to catch Santa but never actually seeing him? Well that’s what it felt like trying to get in contact with the real estate agent regarding a rental. Then just like as a kid when you find out that Santa isn’t real, well, they call you up and because of a loophole where they never gave you the paperwork to sign you have to leave because the house is conveniently being sold… They also give you the legal minimum amount of time to leave too because they don’t actually care about the renter. It took over a month to get a response from this rental agency, they will not care about you, they won’t respond to calls or emails so please move with caution and ask for communications to be in writing so they don’t do to you what they did to us.

This is the most useless agency I’ve ever dealt with. They tried to illegally increase my rent and requested a three month back pay with no notice of increase , went against the lease contract and even did the math wrong. They said the increase was 20 dollars a month and they wanted me to pay 140 dollars. I refuted and contacted VCAT , I pointed out the math and they withdrew They also dragged their feet with repairs, and during covid all the glass was removed from my balcony and they refused to discuss a rent decrease even though it was left unusable and dangerous for months. They also failed to disclose that the building was covered in flammable cladding when we moved in, and that major works were going to be done within the first few months of our lease

Was an absolute pleasure having Taylah Bennett as our realestate agent. We had to move out of our current rental to a new one as the house went on the market. Taylah was helpful through out the whole end of lease process. We used contacts given for the end of lease cleaning/ gardening. Taylah made the cleaners go back a second time as we spent a lot of money on them and the cleaning wasn't up to par. - This was much appreciated as it took alot of stress off our shoulders. Taylah is friendly, and an excellent communicator. She was also extremely quick with getting our bond back to us. We thank you so much and wish her the very best for the future!!

A while back I rented from them. Everything went smoothly and they were polite and easy to deal with, until it came time to move out. They attempted to take my bond money over “dust in the sink” and other misc uncleanliness. The house was virtually spotless and they attempted to use excuses to take my bond money. After a lot of back and forth emailing, I managed to stand my ground and get my bond money returned to me. I will never deal with them again and I suspect some form of racial discrimination here too.
