Did not have a good experience with this company would definitely look elsewhere even try out of the Mawson Lakes Community as I did with better advertising rates, no up front cost, no contract fees and very competitive commission rates and in house Form 1 preparation which I was told a lie by a staff member that the Form 1 had to be outsourced to the Form 1 Company which was not true at all. Tried to meet with Marz and his employee to sort out the grievances but he was not interested. Struggle to give one star but 3 stars insists on coming up

Mell Borgas, took over as our property manager. She made the transition so smooth. She is also one of the first property managers i've had who cares as much about the tenants as she does the land lords and consistently made sure there was clear communication and expectations between the two. I can not recommend dealing with her or the Mawson Lakes team enough. Even the front desk ladies where beyond lovely and helpful whenever we needed them. Thank you for giving us a positive renting experience (they can be hard to come by!).

I currently live in Sydney and have dealt with many real estate however my experience with Ray White Mason Lakes has been fabulous. They looked after my property for 5 years and kept it in amazing condition. When we sold it the place still looked amazing and was able to sell in 2 weeks. The agent sue told me i was a liar and that it didnt smell and i was making it up and it was all in my head. She got sacked from the house as she is a liar but is still with the company. Very poor experience buying a house. They were deceitful from the beginning by not advertising the home was rented with a lease in place until November. Then they lied about the repairs that the previous owners should have fixed before the property was sold. Buyer beware.
